I'd Never Record This Place. Food is Horrible. Manager Has a Extremely Bad Aditude. This Happened 5 Month's Ago. I Called Due to the fact that We Had Food Poisoning On Something From That Day. Called In I was Niceville About it and Told General Mgr. My Experience, He's Said Suggested that I Call Corporate. They Weren't Very Helpful Whatsoever. Finally Afternoon Almost 2 Month's They Refunded My Credit card. Horrible Fast Food. Needs to be Inspected By the Health Dept.

The food was great today. Only wierd issue was that the app had confused me by saying I had to purchase 1 order of Ragoons to receive my free reward of ragoons. Causing me to believe i was getting 2 Ragoons for my order. My total was $40 when I process my payment and ended up as $37 and some change. So in the end everything was okay and great. I was charged for extra ragoons it said I needed to purchase and I still got my free ones. Plus the food was amazing. Overall satisfaction. Great job panda team.
The worst experience of my life with cold food. I usually order Cub Food, and it's the first time they've served me such a small portion. I went to talk to the manager to tell him that I thought they had served less than what was appropriate, and he said that was fine. They literally served me half the portion. I worked at Panda for a long time, and I know that wasn't the right portion. I think customer service is terrible, as they don't try to solve the problem, but rather do the opposite.

This location is terrible!!! I just ordered lunch on Uber Eats from this Panda Express location the orange chicken I ordered was hard and crunchy you couldn’t even bite through half of it and the rice I got was burnt and hard literally black pieces of rice I received. Ridiculous save your money and go to a different location.

I had the most amazing dinner. The sweetest lady helped me. I could tell the team members all got along. There’s something about support place where everyone is happy. The food was amazing, fresh, came out fast, and was served with a smile.

Came to this location yesterday during lunch and Elisa G was taking care of the entire front! from serving great portions to being the cashier she made sure everyone got taken care of on a timely manner! she was so nice and kept a positive attitude through the lunch rush!
Everything seemed chewy and cheaper than normal.
