I've always had a good experience at panda express. This time it took a little longer but it even said that in the email. I was fine with that. The employee made my meal as soon as I mentioned it. She did forget to bag one item but completely remembered as soon as I came back. They seemed busy and I completely understand! Still amazing service and kind employee!! Its a win for me!!!

The lady that checked my mom and I out was VERY rude. She acted like it was a problem and that it was killing her to get us some sauce. Then it was a problem to get us cups. Then when our change didn’t put out enough she told my mother to move((which she had no idea as she is hard of hearing)) I will NOT be coming back!

Store is in a busy area, so you can expect it little wait. But the customer experience is terrible. The staff seems to hate their jobs, they are very rude and only really care for Hispanic customers. I waited for my food but orders were placed in front of mine. The manager is not experienced and does care about customer service

Employee at drive-thru window was very friendly. Food was as ordered and fresh. Prices are reasonable. 4 stars instead of 5 for atmosphere because I did not go inside. Will definitely eat there again when hungry for Chinese food and in Sherman. Great job!

I’m writing to report an unpleasant experience I had at your Panda location yesterday. I had placed a to-go order and came in to pick it up while my family was seated at a table waiting for me.
As I reached over to grab my order — something I’ve done easily at other restaurants like Chipotle — the cashier/server at the front rudely shouted at me, saying I couldn’t reach over for the food. When I picked up the bag and began walking back to the table to get my phone, she loudly yelled again, demanding that I “drop the food” and show confirmation, even though I had proof of purchase.
Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional and embarrassing in front of other customers. After showing my receipt, I was met with an annoyed smirk instead of an apology.
This behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of proper customer service training. I hope management addresses this incident and provides proper coaching to ensure no one else is treated this way.

I'd Never Record This Place. Food is Horrible. Manager Has a Extremely Bad Aditude. This Happened 5 Month's Ago. I Called Due to the fact that We Had Food Poisoning On Something From That Day. Called In I was Niceville About it and Told General Mgr. My Experience, He's Said Suggested that I Call Corporate. They Weren't Very Helpful Whatsoever. Finally Afternoon Almost 2 Month's They Refunded My Credit card. Horrible Fast Food. Needs to be Inspected By the Health Dept.

Very clean restaurant.
The food is fresh and delicious and the employees are happy, friendly, and helpful. Especially Katy. She was at the checkout when we visited.
