The kid at the drive thru wouldn't let me make 2 orders. He told me I had to go inside if I wanted to make 2 separate orders. My sister is in a wheelchair and we were taking her home from dialysis so I figured we'd just get food from there too since my 5 year old was hungry, it's just be easier, but my kids had to wait another hour to eat so I could get her home all because either he want trained it didn't want to take 2 orders. Never again!!

This was a bad experience because the website told me this one was 2 miles away, when it was 11. I really needed the one by Target and Panera. But that's about the website I guess. The complaint about the store is people waiting for pick up/to-go orders or are door dash pick up get ignored forever in favor of people going down the scooping/building line or whatever its called. A door dash girl who was there before me waited longer than me, she was just getting talked to as I left. horrible to be ignored when my food was already bagged up. People in the drive thru are apparently getting ignored too. Heard one man that was told to pull around but never got food so just came inside to the serving line and they remade his order. Five stars on the food it tasted good. Typical taste on my honey walnut shrimp.

Seriously inconsistent with portions. One day your plate will be so full you can barely close the container, the next day you swear you got a children's portion. Get your act together Panda.

Muhammad, the store manager, is a very kind gentleman who ensures his customers have an excellent experience. I have not had an issue with anything the many times I have visited and any time I am on lunch in the area I will stop by if it isn’t too busy with well deserved customers

Didn't wait to get a tea order. Instead of shrimp fried rice, I got fried rice with coconut chicken. Then charged extra for shrimp in shrimp fried rice.

I used to make fun of panda express and the people that would eat fast food Chinese, but that all changed when I tried Kung Pao Chicken. The only thing I would change is less zucchini and more peanuts but other than that, it is my go to for Chinese.

It was drive through. What was on the menu board I was told it didn't come with the way I ordered. I wanted the green beans not broccoli. I think making an exchange even if I paid more because I didn't order from the right menu should be possible.

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes with no movement. Followed the advice of another reviewer and went to Freddy's instead.

Ordered on the app for 11:33 pick up. Was not ready at 11:50. Never got any food. Now probably gonna have to wait 48 hrs for my refund back to my card. Really need to seek more organization in your management at this store.
