If you place an order, don’t expect it any sooner than an hour. Don’t expect happy or courteous staff. They’ve been yelled at all day for the horrible service so they aren’t smiling. If they don’t answer the phone, it’s because they were instructed not to answer the phone. They had at least 4 people working but yet no one is manning the drive thru or the dining room. It’s a hot mess up in here!

Would not recommend!! Better off making a 30 minute drive to Durant pizza hut.
The best worker is the older delivery man. The manager was awful and some other lady that hung up on me. I just wanted to make sure they had the correct address and they made it the worst experience ever.

Employees were yelling and cussing the whole time.The lobby was dirty.The pizza was smaller and more expensive than Dominos.I had to make noise to get waited on.The time before this,I left because I couldn't get waited on.
The pizza was ice cold and the staff is rude. The manager actually hung up on us after saying there was nothing he could do to make us happy.

Lousy business model period. Online order took my credit card and charged my bank, I checked. I ordered an hr. early and received a confirmation and receipt online. I arrive they know nothing about any of it.

I arrive they know nothing about any of it. I go back home, call to complain and a loop recording to wait. I called the 800 number for urgent calls. Recordings again with no real person EVER taking my call. I contact them online with the complaint. I am disputing the charge on my credit card.
