The place is good, the guy who took the order was very polite but we went 9:30 the door was locked and the employee saw me trying to open the door and she turned the other way even though the lobby was supposed to open till 10 and they said 6 minutes for my food and it took 18 and they forgot my Mac and cheese

This restaurant has gotten so much better!! They're faster by far and this new crew has such a better attitude! Just wish their air conditioning was a bit better.

Coming here and spending 30$ and then being ignor3d when requesting things is crazy. I asked if we could purchase a side of pickels and the guys like arguing with ne saying they cant give our pickles but we normally order it that way and its never been a issue. I went to review this place and seen how many issues they are obviously having is crazy. Like dudes finger nails were dirty as hell like yall need to have your employees take care of themselves and talk to people with respect.

Do I really need to put something down here? Popeyes is known for their terrible service and this location is probably top of the list in that bad service category. The food is great don't get me wrong, IF they have it in stock and/or ready, which as you guessed it, is never. Take your time and your money and go elsewhere if you're planning on going through the drive-thru or walk in and order. Online might be bad too, but I wouldn't know,

Placed a mobile order that was to be ready at 6:35. There were 2 cars in line ahead of me when I arrived at 6:35. I was informed that my order would be a while because they had to cook the chicken. I finally got my order 20 minutes later. When I questioned what took so long the employee told me I should’ve just left. Never going here again.

I went by last night about 30-45 minutes before close and went through the drive through. I was told that they weren’t taking orders there and that I had to download the app to place an order. I asked again if I couldn’t just order a sandwich (all I was there for), and was told that they were out of the chicken for the sandwiches anyway, so they were not available. Seems like keeping chicken in stock and letting people buy it is pretty much the bare bones basic goal of a chicken restaurant, but this location couldn’t do either.

This is one of the worst Popeyes ever!!! Employee have no customer service experience at all.. RUDE.. They take forever on orders and the only person responsible for that is the GM in not coaching her staff and training them properly. Corporate should be on top of so many complaints like they about sales..

Went to this location and ordered a large 3 piece spicy meal, when I got home and opened it, it was wings, not my 3 piece combo, I drove all the way back to the restaurant and asked for my food to be remade and a refund for the inconvenience and waste of gas. They refunded me the money but refused to remake the food. Staff was rude and there was no manager in the store. I ended up going to wing stop and for the same price, got better quality food and had a much better experience. Will not be returning.
