Chicken tenders were very hard and tough. Not Louisiana quality!
Went through the drive through and ordered online. Two 5 piece meals, one stripe and one regular bone in misc. Pieces. Our experience was quick and without flaw. The food was decent. I'm not a huge fan but hubby is. If he's happy, then I'm happy. No complaints from him other than biscuits were a little hard and dry. We would go back again though. Have visited a Popeyes in several states and for the most part they are all equivalent.

This location needs to be shutdown. The people in here are rude and don’t want to work. It’s ridiculous to place an online order over a hour before we get there and then have to wait another half hour for 2 fish sandwiches. The owner is on every review saying they will talk to them evidently he’s not saying anything to them or they wouldn’t have a job. For staff to stand around the food looking at you through the drive thru window laughing is ridiculous. I will never go to this one again. I will go to Gainsville.

Claudia owes me $52.60. She's the manager who made my disabled mom wait over 20 minutes for spicy chicken.. After bringing it back home to Denison, it was in fact, original chicken.. She drove back to the store. While she did that, I called. It took 13 calls to get someone to answer, and when Claudia did finally answer, she cussed me out and said to bring the chicken back and they would refund. This was 4 days ago. It's been 48 hours passed the time they said it would be refunded. I've escalated this and found out it's independently owned. So they got the food back and kept the money....
