Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Past few times we’ve been in we’ve gotten the wrong orders :(

Decent chicken, wish they serve spicy chicken as well.

I see what reviews were taken down on DoorDash app. I know it’s fast food but please take your time at this point, because the amount of orders wrong here just from my past 2 orders in the last 3 weeks and the rest of the people over a couple months is crazy. Luckily DoorDash covered for what I lacked. This is coming from someone who doesn’t do reviews often and doesn’t make a big deal over “small” mistakes. GUYS. TAKE. YOUR. TIME.

Canes always has good food that isn’t the issue here, i’ve been in the food industry for many years and i understand it sucks but whoever is on the headset taking orders in the drive thru on thursday around 5pm has an extremely rude tone, yall should have someone else taking orders that’s a little nicer. never been in a canes drive thru and been talked to like that

Ordered ahead for pick up a d food was ready in the shelf and still hot when I walked in at the designated time.
Order was accurate and the online ordering process was easy.

She went out of her way to help me with an order.
She honestly saved the day by catching a mistake , that I wouldn’t have known, it would have been a mess. Thankfully Darian saved the day.

I had ordered 2 maniac meals which should have had 6 tenders each but both meals were short. everything else was good and the service was excellent. the dr pepper was out too. I didn't think 6 was a hard number to count to. hopefully the food prep guy can take off his shoes so he can count to six. for over $30.00 you would think someone could get the order right.
