This is the worst place in the DFW area to get chicken. The chickeh tenders were small, the coleslaw was old, and the tea was stale. Worst canes ever.

Bought 2 of the box dinners because we wanted coleslaw not less expensive dinner that came with just fries. Went through drive thru so we did not see the meals were missing coleslaw and had an extra piece of bread in it's place until we got all the way home. Why is it that places don't tell you anymore when they are out of items in what you order and just throw anything in there and call it good? If we had wanted the meal without coleslaw and just had fries, we could have bought that for less.

I love canes so much and their chicken is excellent, however twice in a row I have come where the fries are so salty it coats my mouth like sand! I really wish y'all would put way less salt, as it makes 1/4 of the menu nearly

Tea tasted like it was made with lake water and chicken was spongy like it came out of a gas station hot
French fries are not fresh and the sweet tea taste like it’s got dirt in it. It’s got a funny taste to it like they’re not cleaning the containers out even the gallon jug that I got taste the same way like it’s got a dirty sand dirt taste to it. Fishy taste . Nasty and my Daughter said the last time they went and ate there a couple weeks ago. It tastes the same way. It just turned her completely off and it just now turned me completely off because I taste it and I love sweet tea and I make it all the time, but this time is gross. Just know the gallons of sweet tea tastes the same way.
