If no starts was an option it would be what I’d put here. The fact that’s it’s a “fast” food restaurant with no more than maybe 4 people in the parking lot and it took almost 25 minutes for A SINGLE ORDER OF TATERTOTS is absolutely ridiculous. We will not be returning to this location as it seems the night shift isn’t worried about customer service.

For two cars ahead of me it took 15 minutes in a fast food drive thru , once got to the window I was charged more than I was supposed to I came during happy hour for the large drink I was still charged 2.82 cents more for the drink I ask about it and she only gives me 1.63 cent back I said that's not how much I should be getting back I wasn't charged the correct price she says I'll just take it out my tips as if she just gave herself her own tip with MY money . Tried to give me a problem about it I just took the 1.63 cents and decided to just leave this review and not return to this location again .

I went to sonic for the first time in probably a year the food was awful. The french fries were cold. Hamburger didn’t even taste like a hamburger. I ordered a strawberry Sprite with extra ice and extra strawberries. The Sprite taste like the CO2 is out i i will not be going back to sonic there for a long time.

I truly do not understand why if I ask for a hamburger, I get a cheeseburger??my family does not like cheese. My husband will not eat the burger if cheese is on it. If I ask for a hamburger plain and dry, I almost always still get ketchup and onions with pickle. I just came home with food and I asked for a hamburger. They didn’t ask did you want cheese? They just put it on. People always say you should check the food before you leave. Good grief.

They literally get my drink order wrong every time I go there.it is extremely annoying because I get one of the most simple shakes you can make. I only go to this location because it is the closest to me. It is very frustrating to spend my money and not get what I asked for.

Yeah this is day 2 of trying to call in a complaint on my frozen burgers, and fries that taste like they were refried, soft, and maybe picked up off the floor, as I have not eaten at a sonic in a long time so thinking this is a new location for me, and I gave them another try, my 2 #2 combos were 24.68 I thought I would get something decent but once again they failed me again. I use to love Sonic but for the last few yrs they have been on a rocky path when it comes to value, and waisting my money. I was hoping they would replace my order but no one will answer the phone,

I ordered at least a cup of ice everyday and a small snack for lunch and would also grab a cup of ice after work, they were always slow and never could get the order right from the app and the app has limited options so I would call, they diqqmqqd not like that and the manager Michelle told me because I complain and ask for my order to be corrected to much she is banning me 🤣...Lazy , no good customer service, sorry you can't keep up and get orders right, rude manager who refused to give me the owners number to speak with on the matter. I would like the owner to give me a call.

I visited today during lunch. A little after noon. My total was $8.83 after a $2 discount. I mentioned my coupon while ordering. Justin was the carhop. I paid with a $20 gave him a tip and the coupon. He mentioned he had to go get change. He returned gave my future coupon and $9 change. Don't know whether ge got confused or there is another issue. Since I was rushing back to work I didn't realize. I put the money in a separate location not with my other money. That's how I realized when I got back to work. So not only was I charged regular price but my coupon was taken and not used. I usually don't have issues here. Don't know whether Justin is new. My receipt was thrown away at work and is unable to be retrieved tomorrow as trash will already be dumped. If you speak to Justin, I am sure he should remember the transaction since I had a detailed conversation with him when he brought my order out. I will return today to discuss with Justin or the manager on duty.
