Somehow everyday on my lunch break. I come to sonic because it's close. Ans every single day. I can't either get an order at all. Or they just skip over to a new person who came later. I've given too many chances

Horrible experience. We waited over 30 minutes in a stall for 2 food items and one drink to come out. Had to call the store to get them to bring it out. After calling, it took less than a minute for them to bring it out - meaning our food had been sitting there for however long. Upon bringing our food out, the male employee said that “next time, if it’s taking awhile to get our food out, we need to wave down a carhop so they can check on it for us.” This, to us, seemed like he was avoiding responsibility for forgetting our order, and making it on us. A simple apology for the delay would have been just fine. If you really want to go to Sonic - make the drive to Texoma Parkway. I will not be returning.

I tried this place again after a year. Just, don't. Even after a year the same lazy issues still plague this establishment. Save the money, eat at home. No chili on chili, cheese, everything was cold, and crusty. Just don't.

Used drive-through. Ordered large cheese stick and two hot fudge sundaes. The sundaes were like eating cherry topped whipped cream. All the fudge was on the bottom, frozen. With someone who has very little hand strength, it was problematic. The first 5-6 bites were all whipped cream. Very little ice cream. Sonic has sure dropped on the quality, sad for a business that has been known for many years as great food and ice cream. The cheese sticks, so undercooked, one was still cold inside. Not brown or crispy at all. We just saved them for the next day and air fried them. For what we spent, I think from now on, I will just skip Sonic.

I ALWAYS USE THE APP TO PUT IN ORDERS AHEAD OF TIME. THE SHERMAN, TX LOCATION NEVER HAS IT READY. I ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT. HIRE ENOUGH STAFF, OR KEEP ON TOP OF ORDERS.

Long wait for them to even take your order after pressing the button. We were there for 30 minutes and never got anyone on the speaker, same for two other cars. We all just left.

I won’t be going to a Sonic again. I paid cash for my meal and the DRIVE THRU asked me again if I wanted my change!! You’re a drive thru, since when am I expected to tip at a drive thru?!?! This has happened at 2 different locations now. I’m done.

If you are in a hurry I'd suggest going somewhere else. They do not get into any kind of hurry, and if you're doordashing you should probably decline the order. I just waited over 10 minutes for a Rt 44 Dr. Pepper when there were only 2 other customers. Not to mention the manager will get rude if you complain.

The last time I came here it took them 2 hours to get my mobile order finished and today I’ve received a cup with a hole in it. Couldnt do anything about it since I was on my lunch.

if i could rate it 0 stars i would… always takes FOREVER and today i was told I couldn’t be helped because the system was broken however it seemed another person could take my order just fine but the first person couldn’t for some reason.
