Ordered via Sonic App. Order not correct, as usual at this location. Not going to call the store, nothing gets corrected or done about it. Will not return to this location.

The last time I came here it took them 2 hours to get my mobile order finished and today I’ve received a cup with a hole in it. Couldnt do anything about it since I was on my lunch.
if i could rate it 0 stars i would… always takes FOREVER and today i was told I couldn’t be helped because the system was broken however it seemed another person could take my order just fine but the first person couldn’t for some reason.
Unfortunately, this establishment messed up our order abd we had to wait nearly 30 minutes to have this problem rectified. Additionally, music by stall 22 was excessively loud.

Stayed in my car and did a take out. Sometimes they don't ask if you want mustard or mayo so sometime or most of the times they don't get order right

The food was so nasty I couldn't even eat it. It looked like they scrapped the grill and put it in my burrito. There was so much black grease coming from the bottom. Just looking at it made me nauseous. My tater tots were cold and stale. So I didn't even eat my food. The Dr pepper I had was good though. 🤷♀️ The service was OK. The guy had to come out and take my order cause the thing was not working. I understand that was not his fault. I also had to have the girl that brought my order go in and use my card. Cause the machine was not working. 🤦♀️ I could not leave a tip. They were nice and friendly. But the food was so nasty looking. I don't think I'll be back

Don’t know how to leave a review, but the sonic in Sherman off of hwy 75, had terrible food, terrible service, terrible wait time. The cheese sticks were old, and yellow. The tater tot’s would have tasted better out back in the dumpster. The shake was good, after they had to remake it. They were 10 minutes later than the time it said would be ready. The lady came and apologized and was nice, but was definitely on some drugs, slurred speech, squinted eyes, and kept stuttering. Won’t ever go back to that sonic, waste of time and money

waited 30+ mins for 2 cheese tots, 2 mozzerella sticks and 2 drinks. lady comes to the window slurring her words not reading the order off right and had the excuse of “i had to remake the drink” didn’t even have the other drink. drinks were fine. the cheese tots and mozzerella sticks however were not. cheese tots were stale and flavorless with sliced cheese not even fully melted. a few of the mozzerella sticks were also very stale. 0/10 do no reccomend this location. very unhappy.

Completely unacceptable – never coming back to this Sonic
We went through the drive-thru at the Sonic in Sherman today, and it was an absolute disaster. We waited over 35 minutes in the car, only to receive an incomplete order. We ordered six shakes and got only four, and instead of the strawberry slush we ordered for our 3-year-old, they gave us a Red Bull slush. Giving an energy drink to a toddler is not just careless – it’s outright dangerous.
When we politely pointed out the mistake, the employee was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No apology, no attempt to fix the issue – just attitude and zero accountability.
We usually enjoy going to Sonic, but this location is off our list for good. If you care about customer service, quality, or even basic safety, avoid this place. Deeply disappointing – and sadly, not the first time this location has dropped the ball. This time was the last straw.

We went to a movie last Thursday night and needed to pick up some food for our son, who is homebound. He asked for something some Sonic, but, by the time we left the theater, the nearby Sonic (Sherman Town Center) had just closed. But, as we went through the drive-through, there was one person left, closing up. He told us they were closed, and, as we started to drive away, he offered to prepare our order.
Our son usually orders a double bacon cheeseburger with no tomatoes, large chili cheese tots and mozzarella sticks.
I declined and said we'd go elsewhere, but this gentleman insisted on cooking up something for us.
He made us a fresh double-bacon cheeseburger with not tomatoes, and refused to accept a tip. We were very grateful and our son got his cheeseburger.
