I got excellent service today! The service here is usually at least good, the lady was very nice, respectful, and quick with making my order, she definitely deserves a raise! I was also able to use my points! Fyi: they only can accept cash tips.

Went in for just a gift card and the manger came to the register and said they don’t take cash. When I have used cash many times before. She gave no reasoning or explanation…all I wanted was an easy transaction if a gift card and after a few attempts she Blatantly stated she refuses to sell me one that I need to take it to a register at target cashier. Very rude. So disappointed that the brand is being represented in this manner:

Went inside, asked for 2 breakfast sandwiches, was told to look in case for what I wanted while she waited at the register. I stepped over to cabinet but I have glaucoma and couldn’t see printed labels. Told her to just get my drinks. Waited too long as I had appt to get to so I had to leave w/o my PAID FOR drinks. Last visit here I got a guy who didn’t know the sandwich menu. Appears they can’t keep people and the ones they have just aren’t right for the job. Won’t stop at this location again.

Their coffee is ok but this is a good place to stop at target to get a pumpkin spice latte or something to just get that extra boost of energy after or before shopping

Worst Starbucks ever! Every time I come here they mess up my order. Each time they give me a smaller size than I ask for and the order is not made right.
Starbucks has my favorite coffee drink ever, a pumpkin cream, cold brew. But at this location, I swear the barista gave me triple the amount of sweetener, and I could barely taste the cold brew. Not to mention, he dropped 2 cups on the ground in the process of making my one drink. This is not supposed to look like a Thai tea. I knew he was messing up the recipe while I watched. If I wasn’t in a rush, I would’ve demanded that he remade the drink. I threw it in the trash. Ew.

boyfriend and I came here for a sweet treat as we were craving some frappes. staff was okay, did not respond when I asked a question and they was touching hair and shi. however, order came out much quicker then expected despite the long line. this location has had better days.

We were here Sunday 1/1 7:30pm and the worker (black straight hair tall girl) was very rude while taking our order. We waited till she was done making someone’s order for her to take ours which is ok, but when she was done making them she stopped to chit chat with another worker and was showing her phone and laughing for a while before even acknowledging us standing there. While taking our order she kept huffing and rolling her eyes and acting very annoyed at everything. Also our drinks she made were definitely not made right.
