Not only did they for get half the order I paid for the tacos I did get were cold and stuck to the rapping so I couldn't eat it. My Mexican pizza was thrown in the box so the toppings were only on half of the pizza.

Slow. No one takes orders anymore. Food was not very good for the price and very small portions for what youre paying for. Would recommend another fast food place before stopping here.

this place always messes up my order and i'm always on my lunch break so i can't go back to get a refund or to get it fixed. they have nice workers most of the time, but only like 3 people ever get my food right, it's super annoying.

What a joke , no one to take your order, they said that you have to order through the kiosk screen a person can not take your order if you go inside. Don't know what employees are doing, not taking orders and definitely not cleaning all four booths that I was going to set at were all dirty

Just had the worst experience at Taco Bell in Town Center. The guy at the drive thru window forgot my drink and acted like it was a problem for him to made it and hand it to me. One item was missing from the bag, he repeated the order over the speaker, and told me what I needed to pay. I told him for the price I just paid it is for all items. I asked for the receipt and it was completely the wrong items. I told him so and he SCREAMED “what”. I said just forget it. He shut the window. Totally unacceptable and I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Drive thru dude, I hope you have the day you deserve!! Unreal

Ordered online got there and told to pull forward so their dt time wouldnt be bad. No one behind. Refused and asked for money back was told had to do in app. Explained didnt order in app. Told to call but she said she couldnt give out the number. Asked to speak to manager she said she was the shift leader closed the window and walked off! Called corp to complain and got refund because we didnt take the food

We had ordered the same thing the week before and both 5 layer burritos had ZERO meat. Not sure what is going on at this location but this is not the first time we have had issues! The employees dont seem to care and they wont answer the phone so talking to an actual manager is next to impossible

Good food but the building is freezing cold and mold all over ceiling I’ve never seen this much mold in the ceiling at a restaurant

The food was standard fare. If you like it, you like it. The service was also standard fare. The atmosphere was not good. It was so cold in there, we couldn't find a place in the store where the fan was not blowing. The cashier had a long sleeve hoodie on. She said the air was set by someone else and they could not change it. It was so bad that we had to eat outside the building to consume the food. Hopefully, the management will do something to accommodate the cold customers.

Went through the drive thru and had to repeat our order 5 times to the worker. Pulled forward and after asking our order 5 times, the order was put in wrong. Asked to add the item that we didn't purchase yet, waited at window for response, came back and told us we would have to pay for the item.... like.... what the heck? Its usually fast at taco bell and was not impressed with this location at all. Order was wrong after all of that too
