After a long day in the hospital, my daughter wanted some Taco Bell. Sadly, we were disappointed. We went through the drive thru as we had to head back home over an hour away. We were really looking forward to a nice hot meal. Our food was lukewarm at best and stale. The sad part was they were dead, and we were the only ones in the drive thru and didn't see anyone in the restaurant. The person who took our order was impatient and rattled through our order very quickly making him hard to understand. I won't be back should I ever be up that way again.

Let me just say I love the food! Always have, but the experience I just had made me never ever want to show back up again! I’ll go to Denison Taco Bell before Sherman! They can’t give me more than 10 packs of sauce even after I offered to pay…. If you have money for the extra sauce it shouldn’t be a problem. Wish I knew how to hold the damn manager accountable this isn’t okay.

I usually go there during the super late hours due to working late nights and the two older gentleman that normally work the drive through, not only are they super nice and kind, but they always get my order right. They’re super nice to chat to while I’m waiting on my food. Definitely the only Taco Bell I’ll go to in town and I appreciate how they make what sometimes feels like a long drive home after a long work day, better. The two gentlemen even though I don’t know their names, they definitely deserve a raise for being so friendly especially that late at night.

The lady at the drive thru window was super friendly. Unfortunately, after drinking half of my drink I picked it up to find some kind of bug in there. My appetite is entirely nonexistent now 🤣
Drive thru order taker showed no professionalism. Once I got home in the next town over I realized I was missing 2 of my tacos. Wasn’t worth the hassle to call or go back.

Service sucked. Young Mexican boys name must have been Richard Head because he acted just like one. Told my girlfriend he was too busy wiping trays to get her our drink cups. Our order wasn't fulfilled correctly the first or second or even third time. Never did get her large unsweetened tea. Settled on medium root beer. Got tired of asking.
