I recently dined in at this establishment. It is absolutely beyond reason disgusting and filthy. Grime coats EVERY SINGLE surface. No matter where your eyes look, it's dirty. I can only imagine the kitchen cleanliness when seeing the state of the dining area. There is ZERO cleaning happening in this dump. This place should be shut down for days for a deep cleaning and painting/staining. The salsa bar looked horrendous, the soda fountains drinks taste like mold or something is in the lines. The menus are nearly burnt out and hard to see. The only redeeming experience was that the cashier was very nice and friendly. What is to be done with this place?

I ordered a cabana bowl and 2 loaded fries went thru drive thru it was so slow and when I got home there were no condiments in the bag no napkins no plastic ware no dressing I called and the excuse was we got really busy I'm sorry I will go back but I hope there service will improve

I just went through the drive thru in Sherman, Texas for breakfast. There was only one car in front of me. It took 10 min to actually get to the window only to sit there another 10 min. The lady brought my food to the window, sat it down on the counter and started talking and doing something else. I asked another girl if I could get my food so I could get to work. She said we are very busy! I said no you’re not! She started arguing with me and told me that because of my attitude they would not be serving me and closed the window in my face! This happened today 8/13/25 and both the big lady and smaller girl were working. I didn’t get their names but they need to be FIRED!!! You don’t treat customers like that. I go through there all the time and they are always slow!!! I am not just leaving a review to complain, I want something done about this behavior! They are never friendly when I go through there but I have continued going because I like the food! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

I got there last Saturday, 08/01/25 in the afternoon. I order per the app and walked in facility about 10 minutes after placing the order. I get in and a lady passing through town from California was having hell getting one taco and a diet Pepsi.. she ask for manager and manager came out. At the same time, a person eating with a friend on the inside comes up and advised staff they were given cold queso. Well he was told they had to make more.

I am still waiting. Waiting for about 10 minutes now. So the lady from California had to wait for her one taco for about another 7 minutes... She finally gets her taco. And she ordered and paid for a large drink. She was given medium cup. That got corrected.

The California lady goes to fill her cup. Machine is out of diet Pepsi... The employee goes to back to get new tank......she could have filled the drink in the drive through.....then the guy regarding the queso comes back up and is told the new batch is still not ready. I finally get my food, the three nachos. The App didn't work for the two free tacos with my order. The employee trys to convince me I can come back and us app to get the tacos. Given how things are going ---- no I want mine now. I got them. After waiting inside for about 25 minutes... Don't forget I walked in restaurant about 10 minutes after placing order on app for a total of about 35 minutes to receive my food.

I get home a open the nachos ---- those blankady-blanks put maybe..... maybe a table spoon of cheese on the NACHOS..... NACHOS WITH EXTREMELY VERY MINIMUM CHEESE. I did order 4 margaritas and they were good. And the soft shell tacos were delicious. But service get two thumbs down. NACHOS WERE 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬..!!!! Now I know to get the tacos and margaritas....BUT, ONLY IF I SIT INSIDE AND WATCH HALF A FOOTBALL GAME BEFORE I GET MY FOOD....THAT MAY BE JACKED UP!!! I REALLY WANT TO SAY OTHER UP!!!

This place was horrible, I took my family out to eat spent over $124 worth of food just to wrong. They started to put our fajitas for to go? We ordered chips and queso and we never received until our food arrived. No restocks on simple items as in straws. They had flat sodas. Steak was really salty. The cashier who took our order was nice at first and then when she got out order wrong she was having an attitude with us as if it was our fault, sending other workers to our table instead of her trying to fix the issue. This place needs close. Horrible service, place dirty, horrible food.

The workers were very nice HOWEVER the food was truly awful. I ordered the soft taco plate and added sour cream and the tacos were TINY plus they wrap them in tin foil!? Why? It makes the lettuce and everything on it all nasty not to mention a crap ton of grease spilled on me when I unwrapped them. Also the tortilla chips were extremely stale and inedible. Won’t be returning, sorry.

If I could rate zero I would. I definitely want my money back but didn’t want to waste my time with the only 2 people working there. The food was disgusting, tacos small, and the margarita tasted horrible. They don’t give you enough cheese for the chips and I asked for a cheese taco for our 1yr old and they brought bean. Horrible place. Don’t waste your time when Taco Bell right next to it taste better and that’s sad because Taco Bell is fast food and sucks. Wish I could speak to a manager because this place was not worth $40.

I went through the drive through today. And order 3 bacon and egg and cheese breakfast taco and 1 chorizo. The lady even read it back to me. Tell me why I get my food went home. Which I live on the other side of sherman. To find it was not what I ordered. Call up there, all the lady had to say was. I'm sorry we are short staff. No ma'am that doesn't matter. You read my order back to me. Offered for me to drive all the way back up there for there mistake. No ma'am I want a refund. I didn't even eat my food. Cause that is not what I ordered.
