I have received a couple of Texas-shaped fruitcakes in the past as gifts. They were very good so I decided to order one for Christmas this year (2017). What I received was extremely dry, almost to the point of being inedible. The flavor was good but again, too dry to enjoy. It crumbled on the plate. I called the company and was asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. Since the reason for ordering it is past, I requested a refund. I will report back when I get the refund.

Still hasn’t shipped my order. Ordered 12/19. I selected 12/22 as the receipt date. I called them yesterday and the lady had no idea what the situation was. She stated that the manager would call me back yesterday “if” she came in and if not she would call me back. Never got a call, still no shipment notification. Now I get to pay shipping to send it to Florida so my mother will get it. That is IF it gets here before I have to leave town. Do NOT order from this place...read full review
