Call before you go. Went there today at 12:30 and it was closed. I guess they are trying to transition to online only. Not sure but wasted a trip. Collin Street Bakery is my go to from now on!

Went in today to grab some items. I thought the place had closed down. There was nobody in sight, absolutely nothing for sale on the shelves or in the cooler, lights were partially off. Wandered around a minute, then left. Also, a noticable smell of mold and mildew in the shop, which was noticed by my guest I had with me.

This used to be a favorite stop in North Texas. We bought several bakery treats here...the peanut brittle was fabulous, the cookies were wonderful, and the cakes were so amazing. But, I guess business has slowed way down. We haven't been able to buy their peanut brittle for years. Coffee cakes are still delicious. But sad to see even that is slowing down.

Have they gone out of business? The online order site will not accept my order (cannot add items to the cart). The phone order line leads you to a dead end. It suggested I leave a voice mail but selecting that option fails and the call is abruptly terminated. I made multiple attempts over 2 days but all efforts failed.

Absolute trash, I was fired for having heat exhaustion which they caused. I was in the hospital the next day when I was fired. 5 days later I attempted suicide because I didn't see way to not starve to death after already not eating for a week at a time before I got the job. Which was after 2 yrs of caring for my mother 24-7 after she got cancer.Also, everything is frozen. ?
I visited the Sherman office of my company for training. They were so kind that I decided to send them a treat. Since I do not live in Sherman, I found Ya-Hoo Bakery online and called to see if they delivered and what they had available. I spoke with Angie who took great care of me. She was able to deliver a Hummingbird sheet cake to the office in Sherman. She asked if I wanted to include a gift card! The price was also affordable. The cake was delivered later that day and I received an email from the office. They were super excited that they got such a great cake as a treat. None of this would have been possible without Angie and The Ya-Hoo Baking Company. I am sure it won over the hearts of the folks who do live there!

I waited til last minute to find a Fruitcake, called Ya-Hoo and the sweetest lady told me they were closed on Mondays but she would open up for me and asked around what time I would be there. Extraordinary Customer Service! Delicious Cakes! Good Variety! I will be a repeat customer and always recommend ?

We received a Texas Shaped Fruit cake out of the Blue. No idea where it came from. It baffled us because it was in the shape of Texas and we live in Minnesota. We opened the Box and said great someone sent us a fruit cake. We tried it, and this year, we were ecstatic to get a Fruit Cake in the shape of Texas. A client of my wife's had sent it to use the first time and this last time. This is by far the only fruit cake I have even remotely like, in fact, I love it. Great Product!

Picked up a coke cake. They are on sale for $12 right now. The lady was small and on fire! Great experience and wonderful cakes. Saved me from baking and had a great cake for an occasion in a pinch
