Friendly, but lets be honest the food was trash. I got an meal and upgraded the rice. When I open the rice it was just plain rice with 4 pieces of shrimp on top.

I had such a great experience at Wok Express! The service was excellent — everyone was so kind and welcoming, which made the visit even better. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Overall, it was such a positive experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! The manager was very sweet and helpful with my order :)’

Used to be better than it is now. Prices have gone up to as much as eating a Chinese Buffet for restaurant.
No flavor to the egg drop soup. I ordered 3 different soups and they were not hot (used to be), and they don't give crispy things to put in them.
Egg rolls were so greasy that I tossed them. The Happy Family meals were so watery that you would think it was a boiled entree. There is NOTHING in the fried rice. No egg, no onion, just rice that is fried with grease only. I am not making this up. I have included pictures.
I realize that costs have gone up for them. But, cutting back on sauces, ingredients and removing things that are normally given (crispy twists), not even a fortune cookie, plastic silverware or napkins, is getting too extreme. They are going to lose us loyal customers if they don't address the issues. AND, they can't blame it on being busy or in a rush. I was the only one there. There was no other cars in line and nobody eating inside.
I hope they fix it. I will give them one more chance, then I will quit buying from them anymore.

All I wanted was fried rice with onion, the lady that answered the phone said we don't do that. I informed her I came a day ago and got that & I tried to explain to her what I was talking about, I didn't have a nasty voice or yelled or anything. I know language may be a barrier for her. She just hung up the phone. It's no professionalism in places any more, but if their business depended on their treatment to others, if would fail. It doesn't matter what nationality we are we need to learn to treat people with respect & in a correct manner. It doesn't matter if it's over the phone or in person. I will never go or call there again. How someone treat me is everything. I only gave 1 star because that's the only way my review would be posted.

Moo goo gai pan shouldn't be spicy or have peanuts. Egg drop soup is not supposed to be red or pink - it should be milky clear.
Food is so so - won't return. This wasn't a good choice.
Every time we go into town, we stop by the Wok. We even get enough to take home for later😊
