Walked in sat at the bar for 7 minutes bartender past me up 5 different times and never acknowledged that I was there. Sad thing is there only 2 other people sitting at the bar.

Great, old fashioned beer joint. Beer was cold, beer was good, and the beer was cheap. Don't expect any frills. But they have some pool tables too, so I guess there's that. I'll be back soon!

What a great place. Staff friendly and courteous. Played pool. Meet some locals who were also very friendly. Beer inexpensive. Bottle, can and draft. Couldn't believe the price when ordering a draft and a bottle. Would definitely recommend to people traveling to Shiner.

Cold dark bar, like it should be. Couldn't get a Shiner at the brewery. Closed for the pandemic. Had to get a Shiner before I left Shiner. Came across this little bar. Barkeep was friendly. Beers were cheap. Some local yokels regulars were harmless. Decent way to spend a little pause in Shiner, TX.
