We pulled up to the drive-thru on February 13, 2024 around 9:45 p.m. and waited 10-15 minutes for assistance. We then drove up to the window hoping someone would assisted us. A young gentleman glanced over at the window but did not approach. He stood by just watching the ladies bag items and walk back and forth into the kitchen area. This went on for about 20-30 minutes. How do you have so many bad reviews, like 48 out of every 50 and not care at all to improve? Embarrassing. if you dont care to improve just close the doors
Jack in the box is great. Great food . Great people in Silsbee, Texas. Clean shop. Friendly people.
