I treated a friend of mine to dinner. We ordered a salad and Black Bean Burger and sweet potatoefries. I asked the lady taking my order what came on the burger. She said nothing you have to order fries or onion rings separately. So I tried again she said, "Onions, lettuce and tomatoes and avocado. Well I said no onions, please
