I visit this store, at times twice a week due to me working out here. Every time I have come, the store is clean and the staff is great. Felicia and her team, are awesome. The service is received from Moriah today, lead me to leave this review. Keep up the Great work, and doesn't go unnoticed!

I went through the drive thru this morning, best experience I’ve had at a McDonald's wish all the McDonalds in Lubbock would come and train at this location. The McMuffins were prepared perfectly and the staff was so nice and curtious. I think all McDonalds managers and employees should come and train at this location.

It's fast food, I don't expect much but wow this place was impressive!! Fresh hot fires and a burger that tastes like it was straight off the grill. Even the bun seemed super fresh. Probably the best McDonald's burger I've ever had!

I haven’t been to this location in several years. Stopped in for a cup of famous McCafe coffee. After one sip I remembered why I stopped going to this location.
If your server can not handle customer service they have no buisness working in the line of work it is unprofessional and disrespectful for a server to get a attitude and glare with nasty looks all became a customer is checking their order to make sure it is right and then having to send drinks back because they were wrong. If you are going to hire teenagers it is your responsibility to train them you have failed with the girl who has tight curly hair and brown skin. She brought food out to car space along with a blonde hair girl who carried the drinks out who also had attitude over having to take back drinks to be remaid.

This place is disgustingly filthy. We came on 5/22 between 7:30-8am. One side of the kiosk didn’t work but that was fine because they had someone up front taking orders.
Frappe machine was down.. I don’t know what’s with McDonald’s and their machines always being down, but it’s ridiculous.
Got our food ordered and then I tried to find a table and there was not once single clean table. The seats and tables were filthy. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The lobby wasn’t busy. Maybe the drive through was but there were plenty of workers there and someone should be responsible for cleaning. I’ve been to a restaurant recently that was SUPER busy, and there was one guy bartending, taking orders, delivering food and cleaning. He was hustling so if he can do that and be busier, the employees here can clean!
The bathrooms were also gross. The men’s and women’s were bad.
It makes me nervous to eat my food. If this establishment is so disgustingly filthy, how dirty is the kitchen area where food is made? Clearly the employees don’t care about cleanliness and I’m afraid I’m going to get sick eating this food.

Used the mobile app 10-15 minutes before arriving. Had to go inside because we were pulling a boat that could not go thru the drive thru. The manager was the first to greet me. Told him we needed to pick up the order at the counter. He went to look for the order. It was not ready. Granted the store was busy. For 10 minutes he had ignored me. He never would not look at me. Other employees would ask if I needed help. By this time I waited an additional 10 minutes. I finally received my order after 20 minutes. The manager never apologized. One of the employees felt bad and offered me some cookies. The cookies were delicious. On top of that, my order was wrong.
