Make sure to look at your food before you leave because they wont add cheese to your burgers, Chilli to your chilli dogs. Either they cant read or just to lazy to work. Has the audacity to put a tipping screen as your paying but cant even do there job right

Literally the slowest service I’ve ever had at a Sonic and they are always rude. Waited 20+ minutes for 4 drinks tonight. Why? There was only one other car waiting

I usually like to visit or order out but lately the drinks are weak and the burgers are just thrown together with the meat patties to salty and the fries, smell like they were dipped and cooked in the same oil fish had been fried in. I really do hope that this is all corrected or I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered breakfast burritos and they were about empty. The tortilla was half folded in and the filling was about 1/4 what it used to be. The service sucked as well

Never even got our food. Waited 20 minutes after ordering and nothing. We asked where the food was, and was told it be right out. Was given the wrong food, waited another 5 minutes and still nothing. No apology just trash service. Looking at other reviews it’s pretty much the same thing. . Don’t go here if you are looking for food.

Sat for over 10 minutes with an apparently broken button even though it said activated. Stopped someone who mumbled something about push it hard and then said I could use that one referring to the stall next to me and then walked back inside. No thanks. Already wasted too much of my time for that lack of customer service.

If I could give it a zero I would it doesn't matter what time of day, if there's only 2 cars there they will make you wait 30 min before even taking your order and take another 40 just to bring it out and the food is cold and gross by the time that happens. Worst service whoever runs it doesn't know how to run a FAST food joint.
The food was hot and fresh. We miss the old atmosphere with music and roller skates. We do understand that it is dangerous and many people do not know how to skate but it was lost it's luster in that sense. The food is exactly what they advertise. Love the new fries, burgers are good, drinks are AWESOME. We miss the old hot dogs. The Texas dog, the Chicago Dog, the foot long coney used to be packed full, lots of cheese, the meat was much bigger and juicey. It is just not the same.

Hello are you open ? It is 9:30 pm and we have been waiting at stall for over 20 minutes, Update . August 7 2023 6:59 pm , we decided to stop on our way home , waited at stall 9 for 10 minutes , no one even acknowledge our service button being on red for now 15 minutes. Headed to McDonald’s . Photo 2 is from this evening . Yall really suck bigtime

Food was ok. Prices were horrible. Paid almost $26 for 2 combo meals. Had to pay 40 cents extra for a regular cherry limeade, because it wasn't a basic soft drink. Paid 70 cents extra for vanilla in the Dr. Pepper. Paid extra for onion rings. Basically, we paid too much for plain combo meals.
