Authentic German Food and Incredible Hospitality My mother and I drove all the way from Killeen to Smiley just to experience the authentic German food at Oma's Schnitzel Ranch, and hands-down, it was worth every mile! The moment we walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly warm and welcoming. We visited for my mom's birthday, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make her day special. When we arrived at our table, they had already placed a balloon there—a thoughtful detail we absolutely didn't ask for! After dinner, they surprised her with a delicious piece of cake and a candle. The food itself was the real deal; it tasted like genuine, hearty German cooking. The incredible hospitality and amazing service, combined with the top-notch food, made this birthday celebration unforgettable.
