We loved visiting and seeing all the history.

Great place to get a coffee, coffee drink, or Red Bull based drink. Or a bunch of different souvenir type items as well. Stop in! It was our first visit, won’t be our last.

Love the sassy cowgirl drink the best. They always have great seasonal drink menus. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff!

Dark haired girl making the drinks ruined this place her attitude. Made drinks out of order taken. Asked for hot tea with several pumps of honey. got scalding hot tea filled to brim (it spilled out and burned my hand), had to ask for Honey, got two tiny pumps of honey with attitude from the girl. Ordered hazelnut donuts, got plain, asked them if I could have the hazelnut that I ordered, she again had an attitude about correcting my order. Very disorganized and terrible attitude.

Always great service and great coffee.

And most important, they always actually have coffee. Many places in town are routinely out of their core options. The coffee house is one that I’ve always been able to get a drink.

I go to SGS at least three times a week—the vibe is excellent for catching up on work in one of the comfy sofas and also to hang out with friends for conversations or games (SGS has a bunch available to play) I love the bourbon blondie brownie and always have a large iced mocha Plus so many wonderful and unusual gifts, books, local goat cheese, an ice cream bar and a variety of places to sit when you wanna relax on your own or with a group!

Love the store, unpleasant girl worker. Called ahead and placed an order to go. Walked in Waited over 15 minutes. As the line grew and grew she never made the Togo order. Structure is needed—

Local coffee, local nibbles and treats, and some southern comfort decor?! Sign me up for this light and breezy coffee shop.

Great for meeting up before and after for historic downtown walks and events.

Food by The Sunshine Chef is great. They have unique and creative selection of espresso based drinks along with Texas and Smithville themed gifts. The merch is pricy but high quality. Service has been inconsistent under new management.
I hope it gets better. I'll keep going.
