The last time I went here I sat in the second drive thru lane as they helped 4 cars in the other. I then backed up and went through the other asking if that lane was closed and person said no it was open. Fast forward to Wednesday and almost exact same thing happened. Then when i went to other lane, nobody came on speaker so i went to window. Guy takes order, we recieve order and he didnt put in half of what we said. No fries? Who doesnt get fries. Too much talking and not taking care of business. This was at 7:45 in the morning.Asked for cream for my coffee acted like it was an act of congress to get some. Ordered was right and a man was waiting for his coffee when I got there and when I left he was still waiting.
Be sure to thoroughly read the menu before ordering and ask if there is any promotions going that aren't listed on the drive though menu. If any altercations are needed after your order has been placed if if it's prior to payment...you may encounter issues with getting it fixed...or rather not get it fixed at all. 🙄 Manager was more concerned about her numbers order wise, and having 0 refunds or cancellations, over having wonderful customer service.
