To be completely fair and honest we went here back in 2018 and it was horrible... fast forward 5 years and I was invited with a work group to eat here, the transformation was unbelievable, the food is amazing, salsa is actually salsa not tomato juice, hands down the best mexican food restaraunt in snyder... as a matter of fact I am going there in just a few short minutes... definitely worth a try for anyone who hasn't been

A welcoming meal on the Texas high plains. Salsa is nice and spicy. Taco Salad with Fajita meat was well appointed with beans and guacamole. Chicken enchilada plate was flavorful. Probably the only time we’re be passing through Snyder but this was a good place to stop. Clean restrooms too.

Great food, but pretty expensive, and be careful when ordering. I thought I was going to pay 35 cents extra for guacamole with my taco, and an extra 50 cents for guac with my burrito. Waiter asked if I wanted the guacamole in the taco and burrito or in a bowl on the side. I chose the bowl on the side. Oops. Instead of 85 cents I ended up with a $6 charge for the guacamole on the side. And the other entree charges didn't exactly match the menu amounts, but were both higher and lower. But, the food was exceptional, and the service was fast fast (almost too fast).

It would be hard to find one of their dishes that was not outstanding. I don't care if you've come from the mountains to the Gulf Coast any place around Mexico would be proud to serve the food that comes from Taqueria Guadalajara. Take it from Jorge.
If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, this is the place for you! I love their shrimp cocktail. Good food and good service.

This place was recommended by a friend who was also visiting the city, and it didn't disappoint. The area we were sitting at was a little dark, not a great atmosphere, but other than that we had a good time.Chips and salsa were good as expected. To drink, we had a cantarito which was good. Then we ordered some loaded nachos, chicken with veggies, and some kind of fajita platter with queso. The nachos were delicious, the chicken and veggies were the healthiest option, but still very flavorful and will get you full, the fajitas were a hit.
