Great food, but pretty expensive, and be careful when ordering. I thought I was going to pay 35 cents extra for guacamole with my taco, and an extra 50 cents for guac with my burrito. Waiter asked if I wanted the guacamole in the taco and burrito or in a bowl on the side. I chose the bowl on the side. Oops. It would be hard to find one of their dishes that was not outstanding. I don't care if you've come from the mountains to the Gulf Coast any place around Mexico would be proud to serve the food that comes from Taqueria Guadalajara. Take it from Jorge.

A welcoming meal on the Texas high plains. Salsa is nice and spicy. Taco Salad with Fajita meat was well appointed with beans and guacamole. Chicken enchilada plate was flavorful. Probably the only time we’re be passing through Snyder but this was a good place to stop. Clean restrooms too.
