Favorite pizza place to order from! FYI, most deliveries, even if you place them with Papa John's, end up with DoorDashers, so please keep that in mind if you like deliveries a certain way. Nonetheless, the food is great and I am glad we have one here in Socorro.

Hello to the managers of Papa Johns I am so disappointed with my service on Friday on 8-16-24. Why do I get to pick a time for my pizza and it wasn’t even ready. First of all there were only two females working. And I still had to wait an extra 15 minutes. I heard one of the girls tell other customer that the other employee had a family emergency. Cool I understand family emergency but you’re telling me only 3 people work at papa John? One of my pizza was missing pepperoni. it was supposed to be pepperoni, jalapeño and mushroom, and all it was jalapeño and mushroom. Y’all should have more staff for a Friday night. People walking out as well. Windows needed to be cleaned there was dirt and dead insect. The only reason why I didn’t take the pizza back is because I had a long day and my kids were hungry. And for $61 for 3 pizza and bread sticks. Let’s do better papa John thank you

I ordered 2 pizzas during a rush they were having. After waiting for a half hour and going home I then was hit with one of the pizzas being wrong(just so happens to be the kids pizza) the only reason I ordered pizza. So after a long day and these hungry kids I went back to the store to get it corrected. I was upset, but the tone Alyssa(the manager) set while I was explaining to her the situation(I was slightly aggressive) calmed me down instantly! Her understanding of my frustration and the MISTAKE that took place and her quick response to rectify the situation is amazing and needs to be recognized for the great customer service she gave! Isaac the other employee worked quickly to get my pizza made so I wouldn’t wait any longer than I already did. We as customers are quick to point out the bad. Well we need to recognize good customer service also! These two changed this one experience from a bad one to a good one and I’m grateful for them both!
