I call at 7:26 pm and they don’t answer the phone, then I went at 7:35 pm and it was closed,
They don’t closed at 8:00 pm

Bad customer service by the cashier, there’s absolutely no need to be yelling or giving a demanding tone to customers.

The Alameda av, Socorro store.
Ordered the #2 option to go.
Once home found only 2 instead of 3 pieces of chicken, a leg was missing!
I guess you have to open the box to look before leaving, better yet just go some place else...

Nasty ass pollo juareno

It's already happened twice that the service was very bad. The food was not as I remember. Chicken came out very burnt.. the only thing that came out tasty was the tortillas. Very different place from the others

On Thursday 09/05/24, my co-worker and I came to this place for our work lunch hour, first of all the lady at the counter did NOT knowledge or greet us at all, she took a long time to help us, she gave us our cup and put it on the counter upside down the counter is not that clean, the section for disposable forks and napkins real messy and dirty on top of that the employees here DO NOT understand that it was lunch hour and our time is limited it took them almost 20 mins to bring our order to our table , very deplorable service and sanitation, needless to say we're not coming back !!!!

The service is horrible ... Never cominh back .. The lady from the kitchen told us to leave 45 minuts before closing i did mention to her that they ro close at 8 but she insited that because they had to close to clean ... I did mention that if we would of know we would of not ate there because we where 6 of us . Also the restrooms are really dirty and they dint have a baby changing area,

Didn't even get to eat...showed up after work looking up the hours I knew closed at 8 and showed up at 7:15 wanting to at least order to go for my family of 4. When walking in the worker short girl with glasses curly hair stops sweeping and walks straight for the cook and complains to him about how he has to make more food. Once I started to walk out she asked what happened like she didn't know what she said wasn't wrong proceeded to ask her for the managers info to make a complaint she then told me she was the manager so I asked her for her general managers info she then kept denying the issue trying to take My order I then left and called another location to make a complaint

Beware of the food from this location!! I got horribly sick from stomach eating from this location yesterday. Best to try the Zaragosa near montwood location.
