One star rating only for the following reason:Stopped on 3/15/24 and spoke to a very friendly gentleman who was cutting the grass. He informed me that the BBQ had closed back in December of 2023, and there are no concrete plans to re-open so far as he knew of.They will still open for certain occassions such as fundraisers (we were there the weekend prior for a shrimp boil to benefit the Burleson County Cops4Kids charity) but that will happen very infrequently.He mentioned checking their Facebook page as a means of getting the most current information available in the future.

If you have never eaten here, you are missing out! The brisket and sausage we're awesome along with the ribs!!! The cream corn and the loaded mashed potatoes were equally as good! Would definitely rate this BBQ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!

very good BBQ. I eat here almost every Friday. they stay busy. I work at the Pivo Barn and people are always coming through and asking if we sell the BbW, and I have to tell them no and when they are open. Friday and Saturday from 10:30 until it's gone

Snook BBQ was the highlite of our weekend. We bought chicken, brisket and sausage for 20 people and all were well pleased with the food. The service was second to none. Great experience.
