I was traveling thru Texas and stopped at this Subway franchise. I ordered a 6 inch sandwich with double provolone cheese. Ten miles down the road I discovered there was no cheese in my sandwich. Totally unacceptable service.

Me and my husband are from houston area and we just stopped here at subway.mackenzy served my husband. Very nice man very great service all around. But i have to say something. I was born and raised in houston and have ate at ALOT of subways and the bread omg it was so fresh and the veggies and meat tasted great"not like any other subway i have ever been to. We simply loved it . Thanks again mackenzy nice man. Defently 5 stars from us. Great job you guys :) we will be back one day !
I’m not usually one to complain, but I grew up in Sonora and experienced terrible customer service. Not sure the name of the guy but he was a Mexican man and had gauges in his ears. This is specific to this worker mainly. The cashier was very nice. I asked for the all American sandwich. When he ask me what I wanted on it I said everything. Well he began to put everything on it. However I wanted everything that comes on that sandwich, that’s why I ordered it. Simple mistake no biggy. But I brought it up to him saying no I want everything that comes on the sandwich. He continued to scrape everything off I the trash very dramatically and said to stop talking to him or he was not going to make my sandwich. I responded with I’m literally just telling you what I want on my sandwich. This is subway dude. That’s kind of how it works. This guy was mad bc he doesn’t know how to make the sandwich I ordered rather than just asking or looking to see what comes on it. I will not be back. His attitude was awful.

Sonia Asst.Mgr was angry acting, rude, rolled her eyes, not accommodating and very much made the whole experience uncomfortable! Then she blatantly dismissed my granddaughter when she asked for more mayo...... if you don't like people at least fake it at work geez!
