“Even if you have to drive out of your way to have lunch, you should eat here. We were driving thru Sonora on a long car trip when we found River Harvest. Lunch was great. The cinnamon roll was even better. Customer service was fantastic. If I have the chance to go back I definitely will! Eat here people!”

“We stopped for lunch while driving through. It was delicious! The chicken fried steak was one of the best I have had in a very long time. I had three kids with me and they finished all their food. We will be stopping again for sure.”

“Our family are heading back home from our vacation. We stopped to fill up and everyone got down to get snacks as we all were hungry. We noticed this establishment was inside this store and decided we’d get some chicken instead of the over priced snacks. Damar was solo but he’s got it going on. He was quickly taking orders then making the meals as he goes. He was very clean and you can tell he’s skilled in food safety. When it came to take our order he notice what we wanted(chicken bites)wasn’t fresh enough to serve. He asked if we mind waiting so he could make it fresh for us. He could have served what he had and we wouldn’t have known the difference, especially as hungry as the kiddos were. He even decided to make fresh wedges to go with the meals we ordered. He was out of legs and had no issue making some upon request. Other establishments have just said they were out and had us choose from what was there. After noticing a few others behind us I felt bad as he had to step to the back to start the fresh ordered items for us. He wasn’t in the back to long before he was back on the line to take care of other customers. He is by far one of the best employees I’ve encountered at a Chester’s Chicken. He’s quick, helpful, and his customer service skills are outstanding. Thank you Damar for taking those extra steps for us. Blessings to you!!”

“Me and my husband are from houston area and we just stopped here at subway.mackenzy served my husband. Very nice man very great service all around. But i have to say something. I was born and raised in houston and have ate at ALOT of subways and the bread omg it was so fresh and the veggies and meat tasted great"not like any other subway i have ever been to. We simply loved it . Thanks again mackenzy nice man. Defently 5 stars from us. Great job you guys :) we will be back one day !”

“What an amazing delicious meal we recieved last night as we were driving through on our way to Austin. My husband and I both had the Chicken Enchilada plate and queso to go with our chips. AMAZING! Hands down the best Mexican we have had in eons. Highly Highly recommend you gr a b dinner or take out. You won't be sorry. You will be sorry if you missed out!”

“I noticed that the guy named Leo posted a bad review. Sir you were not at the Chester’s in Sonora, Texas. I go a few times a month and they always have good food. Your picture of the signs is not dining area in Sonora, Texas. You need to get your places straight! And they ladies do a good job considering they are short staffed.”

“I arrived here at a very busy lunch hour and the girls were exceptionally good at handling all of the orders. They got everything correct and worked efficiently. Given that there are no other restaurants or competition around you would think the service wouldn’t be so great in the middle of nowhere, but it was great. I tried to tip them but they don’t even accept tips here. Great job!!”
