Lady got upset cuz I was willing to wait the 10 minutes she said it was going to take for the bread to cool off. Thats was confusing. Then 2 pizzas come out cold in center other 2 came out just right. Didn't want to ask to heat the pizza back up because of the attitude about the bread

We stopped in to get lunch. My husband ordered a meatball sub assuming that was the meal of the day (meatball marinara) we were told its actually with pepperoni so the worker advised to change it so we could get the 'meal of the day' in which we did and was thankful for the suggestion. After paying for what we thought was to be 9.99 meal of the day we were charged for Extra meat (made the meal of the day ACTUALLY 13.19 AND charged us for our chips and we received no drink. (Cause she was going to charge us?) I thought the meal of the day came with a drink and chips?
She didn't want to listen to my explanation because she was too busy listening to herself talk.
The manager did NOT handle this situation very well.
She was rude and condescending talking over her worker who was trying to explain to me what was actually done. The workers were nice but the manager really needs some evaluating.
Hope others experience is better.

I arrived here at a very busy lunch hour and the girls were exceptionally good at handling all of the orders. They got everything correct and worked efficiently. Given that there are no other restaurants or competition around you would think the service wouldn’t be so great in the middle of nowhere, but it was great. I tried to tip them but they don’t even accept tips here. Great job!!

The girl in the front had a horrible attitude. I asked for a specific sandwich on the menu and she made the wrong one because she was frustrated. I told the cashier that it was wrong and she said I had said the wrong number. They began preparing the correct sandwich, but the girl told the cashier to make me wait before adding the veggies. The customer who was being helped at the time said they could prepare mine first. The cashier grabbed my sandwich to complete it, but the girl snatched the sandwich from him making the atmosphere turn into a mess.

Cleaning at 5:30pm, telling people it'll be 5-10 minutes. I personally watched 4 customers walk away. Brilliant business model. Maybe clean at closing?

They won’t apply your coupon you’re not careful with them. My friend gave the cashier a coupon, payed when the terminal told her to and they said she paid too early and the coupon did not apply, charging her the full amount. They said nothing to warn her before hand and refused to redo the transaction. Seemed a little sketchy but the food was good and they gave us large scoops of everything

Cera, made my sandwich and I observed how meticulous she was in replacing her gloves to make sure there was no cross contamination while handling the cash register and another sandwich. I greatly appreciate her work ethic, and her professional personality in helping me choose the best ingredients. I wanted to give her a cash tip personally for her, but she informed me that she is not allowed to accept it!
