Food is not good they charge you 3.5% to pay with a debit card with out letting you know, they charge you tip ahead on the receipt, first time and last don't recommend this place at all they suck

I’ve been coming here for awhile and before there service was great and the atmosphere very chilled but now the bartenders who they have besides like one if them are terrible they are at the point where they are always drunk and completely forget to service you I went for the past 3 times almost in a row since I loved this place but now hat place with those bartenders is really going down…I hope the manager sees this he really needs to get rid of some of the bartenders is how upset I been waiting 30 min at a time to get my drink after been asked if I want one and much more!

Be aware of them charging parties of 6 & more 28% of gratuity when the menu states only 15%. 15% of our total $227 should have only been $34 instead they tried to charge us $63 after back n forth with the waitress and manager they fixed it. Manager refused to come talk to us & the waitress kept making up stuff

No one here speaks English… they don’t even try or get someone to help translate. They hang up clean in your face. If you are not Spanish, stay away from this place…. I don’t have this issue at the other locations, but I will most likely stop supporting the chain.

God I respect people a lot but they need better service I only see alcoholic girls sitting on top of clients, hugging, kissing, dancing and taking more shots than the clients themselves, I just needed good service but this is horrendous

I didn't like the food, it was really extra toasted, the shrimp and fish disappeared, they were so overcooked that the breading came off the shrimp, the rice was with too much oil, the service was good, before I liked it, I think they changed the cook.

Waiter finessed me and thought she was slick

My family and I arrived first, and my 90 year old mother. some men arrived after us, but we're attended first. no consideration for my mother. all these women think of are the men that gets their first. is this a family oriented restaurant or a Red light Zone? I don't recommend this place to no family members. I'm extremely disappointed with this restaurant. Never again will we coming here. there's a lot of other Restaurants like Connie's which treat their customers with dignity, and respect.

They do not take orders for crawfish over the phone if you do not pay with a debit card.
