actually horrible might as well order it then n there because they take forever to serve you, ur pizza will be cold when they finally hand it to you. dude made a whole pizza before serving me🤦🏻♂️and when i got home to see the pizza BEARLY any toppings never going again

Absolutely horrible experience with this location. We order for students at our school frequently as incentives for students. Yesterday we ordered and the order arrived extremely late. We ordered again today for 12:00 delivery. At 12:20 my admin assistant was on the phone checking on the order. He told us our 12:00 order was in the oven (at 12:20). I asked him for his name. He refused to give it to me and hung up in my face. It is 12:35 and the pizza has not arrived and almost all of the students have left. Terrible service. We will spend our money somewhere else.

In Houston on a overnite from cruise terminal to airport we order Domino's a lot when traveling cause it's always good and delivered quick, we ordered on line from store 6674 2312 Houston Blvd 2 hours later delivery guy shows up with wrong order ,had right one in his car was ice cold called store did nothing said if we came into store would credit us but never have had such poor customer service

DO NOT buy from this location. I placed an order through the app at 6:26 pm on Sunday. And waited and waited and waited. I was tracking the order and it finally marked it as delivered, but NO ONE DELIVERED IT! ALL THIS AFTER ONE HOUR AND HALF OF WAITING! I then proceed to go to the dominos location to get a refund and speak with the manager. As no one would answer the phone despite several attempts. It turns out the delivery man was supposedly just on his way out with our pizza. The pizza was obviously cold!! They didn’t refunded the money and the manager had cero managerial skills. Horrible service and just made up excuses like they had so many orders and were backed up when both delivery cars were parked outside.

Poor customer service. Order wrong. I stopped ordering delivery from here because of very long wait times. I asked for car side delivery and had to call the store just to get them to bring my order. Crew member was rude. Then I get home and my order is wrong. Last time I spend my money here. I'm deleting my domino's app.

Pizza dry and overcooked. I ordered NYC style I receive regular hand toss pizza. Store don't supply simple condiments like cheese and pepper packets. This was the nastiest pizza I've ever had from a Dominos location!
