Azul Ocean Grill & Spirits

We had an amazing experience at Azul Ocean Grill and Spirits during their Sunday buffet! The selection was fantastic—fresh fruits, perfectly cooked pasta, and a delicious shrimp cocktail that was super refreshing. The mimosas were top-notch and kept flowing! A big shoutout to Violeta, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our visit—she really made the experience extra special. Highly recommend for a relaxed and satisfying brunch.

I was just tagging along on this trip—not really expecting anything special—but Violeta Gomez truly stood out. I had a pretty awful night and was just hoping for a quiet morning, but she greeted us with such kindness and made breakfast feel like a reset. Her attention to detail, the way she checked in with a smile, and even remembered our drink preferences—it all made the experience feel personal and comforting. She didn’t have to go above and beyond, but she did, and it mattered. Thank you, Violeta!

This is the second time I've stayed at the holiday inn resort which the Azul Ocean Grill is located inside of. I chose to stay here again specifically for the outstanding customer service I experienced with the waitstaff/bartender. Roberto is amazing at making you feel welcome, has great stories to tell, and overall is very engaged with his customers. He even remembered me on this trip which was a year later from my first stay!! Thank you Roberto! Hope to see you again next year!

The bartender/servers are awesome, but the food is awful die to fresh delivery delays, etc.

Have an expensive drink, TIP, and move on.

We had an amazing dinner here. The food was absolutely delicious. Each dish was clearly crafted with care and attention to detail. You could tell Chef Lugo knows what he's doing. Everything we ordered was packed with flavor. Roberto was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. All in all, a great dining experience. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place with fantastic food and great service.

Had dinner with my daughter. Food was delicious! The bread warm and soft. I had pina colada, it's soo good! The singer was nice too. Service by Roberto was superb. Would love to come back.
