Been here multiple times and food was great, went for Valentine's Day with my wife spent $200 and was planning on leaving a $40 tip on table before leaving but before I could the server that was rude the entire time came to table demanding me to tip. Would recommend higher class restaurant for the price you pay here, not classy at all. 0/10 would not recommend this place and will not be patronizing this place again. Regrettably still left a 20% tip.
First timer here...I was a bit hesitant in going due to the mixed reviews, but I'm glad we gave it a try. Our server Brandon was phenomenal and the place is nice. It was a bit warm but everything else made up for it. They have some of the best fettuccine alfredo we've tried. Definitely a go to restaurant whenever you're at the island.
What happened to Gabriella’s?
Salad is not included with meal anymore!
No more cheese, olives and peppers before your meal!
Bread was stale!
We ordered chicken carbonara— no chicken!
My grandson who is 15 ordered chicken Alfredo—no chicken. Was told it was a kids plate. He did not order a kids plate!
Parmesan packets —really?
Desserts were not up to standard.
