5 STARS!!! Ms. Adel was such a sweet an awesome waitress! I have to pin this restaurant to come back if we ever return to South Padre Island. The Florentine pasta is sooo delicious....babe loved his Spicy Alfredo.

Russo's New York Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen is a large pizzeria with outdoor seating. The best pizza on the Island, the mozzarella was amazing and the crust was perfect. The Alfredo pasta was excellent, the pizza was absolutely delicious, and the Greek salad was a pleasant surprise—fresh, flavorful, and one of the favorite dishes. The vegetarian pizza with V cheese is a complete veggie option for vegans or those who don't eat dairy. Try the Raviolli, unbreaded wings, and the Califlour pizza. A large pepperoni pizza had regular and cup and char. Garlic knots were shaped more like bows but yummy. One person got a huge salad. A vegan calzone with vegan cheese tasted yummy, though the center cheese was still cold. The spaghetti and meatballs could have used more sauce, and the tiramisu could have had a stronger coffee flavor. The service was outstanding, with the entire staff friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Dora the manager took time to say hello. Food came out super fast.
