Apartment A, upstairs is my favorite place, Bar Tender Boston is awesome, great views of the strip and action.

The staff is friendly, but the place is dirty and infested with roaches. As we were sitting there, eating, roaches were crawling on the wall, table and seat. The table was dirty, it had a hatched cockroach egg and rat droppings close to the wall. Aside from that, they charged a gratuity and a processing fee. Our $80 tab ended up being about $120.
