Russo's NY Italian Kitchen and Pizzeria - SPI

My favorite spot to eat on the island! 🤩 Our server Darren was amazing! So quick and attentive! Everything was perfect.

Good Italian food!

Food was amazing, the service was exceptional and there was cool art on the wall

We really enjoyed our meals! This place is great. The negatives: calamari was chewy, and the music too loud but not a deal breaker. Everything else was excellent. Our server Pedro was great, the food was tasty and piping hot. We enjoyed the atmosphere, it’s great for families and within walking distance from multiple hotels.

Chicken Wings and Garlic knots on point!!! We also had the spaghetti and meatballs as well as the lasagna both entrees were really good. Great spot, Great food and Great service.

The food here was delicious and the price was good. I had the premium pizza with prosciutto. We also had Greek salad and spaghetti. We will be returning!

We ordered for pick up and it done in the time they said . The pizza was very delicious . We will be ordering again when we are in town !

Food was excellent. Service was good. We got a pizza and lasagna with a carrot cake for dessert. My only issue was the server never brought the coloring paper for my daughter and he forgot to bring ranch. He was on point with the drinks and never let it get low.

This was pretty good NY style pizza. We got the vegetarian with no cheese and it came with a generous topping of veggies, including fresh mushrooms and whole garlic cloves. Tasty sauce and nicely done crust.

Very good food, very good service, Estephan, our server was great! I had the chicken Alfredo, my husband had the stromboli, very good! We will be back! Tomorrow is our 42nd anniversary, just stopped here, first time, will come back!

The stromboli tasted good but the one star is that the bottom was uncooked raw dough.and it only had maybe 6 little crumbles of sausage. I don't mind paying premium prices. But They need to make it worth it. I probably won't go back. I'll go to Gabriellas up the street .

Chicken Parm was something you could find in a High School cafeteria. Generic, reheated "cutlet" with a few slices of cold-cut style mozzarella draped over it, partially melted and an average marinara at best. Spaghetti and Meatballs should have been called "Spaghetti and Meat Flavored Bread Balls". I can say with confidence that the meatballs are half bread filler. Same, average sauce.

Pros;
The Pistachio Pesto Chicken Pasta was excellent. As was the oil, herb dressing to go with the very good starter bread/toast. They do not skimp on the herbs. Great stuff.

I do not believe the claim that the family is from Brooklyn as the food is Camden, NJ quality at best. Russos is a poor man's Gabriellas with Gabriellas pricing. Service was excellent and attentive. This was a one star meal with the exception of the pesto pasta, staff and table bread. Those things took it to a two star rating. Maybe their pizza is good? The pasta is meh at best and would greatly pail to anything you can make at home with little effort.

Amazing service, friendly and attentive staff. A great experience through and through. Keep it up y'all !

This restaurant is a must go when visiting SPI! I highly recommend this restaurant due to the staff who work here and because of the delicious food! Everyone who works here seems like they enjoy it! I was fretted as soon as I entered the restaurant! Management is really on top of their stuff with the way they have things running!

The service from Sofia was excellent! She was an excellent cashier and was very helpful with handling orders! I definitely recommend this restaurant!
