Bartenders were the best made my bday feel special and the marsala was the best I ever had

I'll be honest, my husband and I were expecting just the average Italian restaurant experience, but we were surprised in the best way. The food was incredible, our server was outstanding, and the atmosphere was actually kind of romantic! We usually don't get to dessert but I'm a sucker for made from scratch tiramisu and it was probably the best I've had. I would drive six and a half hours again from my home town just for this restaurant. Absolutely amazing!

The only complaint I had that isn't exactly something The Meatball Cafe can control is the parking. It's so hard to find a spot, but we got so lucky. Other than that, everything was dang near perfect!

This place is always on the list of places to eat when we are in SPI.

The food was good. Tried on a recommendation of a friend of the owner. Personally, I didn't care for the ambiance. Too dark in an attempt to seem upscale when it wasn't. Better than that nasty chain others enjoy.

By far the best restaurant on the island. The price was exactly what I expected to pay for the quality of food. Service and environment was just what I expected for our 16th anniversary. The risotto cheese balls is a must. My wife got the lasagna my daughter got those spaghetti and meatballs I ordered the ravioli place. Every plate was delicious. Every request we had was met. The the clam chowder soup with ciabatta bread with olive oil even the chopped up strawberries for my three-year-old.

Food is definitely made from scratch and delicious, our waiter Isaiah was very knowledgeable and gave great service. Went there for a small BD lunch and everyone’s food was amazing. Will definitely be back.

Had such a great experience here! Ashley was our waitress! Very fast and friendly! Will definitely come back here when visiting! Kids enjoyed everything!

Food and drinks were excellent. We had a large party including many kids and our server Joel was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to eat! Great service, great food. Only suggestion is to lower the price of the photos we can purchase, but this doesn’t affect the wonderful ambiance of the place.

Everything was fabulous! They were prompt in accommodating our party of 14 people, for a birthday celebration. We sat in the porch (outdoor) area, which was enclosed with clear curtains. So, we could enjoy the plants and sunlight; however, very comfortable, as the a/c was on in that area. The best of both worlds! The server was attentive and didn't skip a beat. The food was warm and tasted great.
