I never had complaints with this BR shop until today when I found Mathew who made my icecream on 04/6/2024 at 9:30 pm and I came back to the store to check with manager or owner complain about the mix icecream scoop. First, owner was not their and left store to run with YOUNG-KID Matthew and his team (called him self as manager) who DIDNT know how to act with the customer who was very unhappy with his product. I bought $40.00 icecream from the stores, he MIXED UP the birthday sprinkles icecream with base ball nuts flavor due not washed/ clean off his previous scoop of Birthday sprinkles.When I came to talk about his issue he was laughing with other team members as well as some other youngsters who were standing in a customer area who came to get FREE ice-creams and stuffs from the store. I can share their pictures as well whole video for conversation but hey We do respect for the young servers.He needs to learn better customer service!!!Person who bought $40 icecream DON’T care to repay for a new icecream which was never ask or never ask to have EXCHANGE Scoop…VERY RUDE SERVICE and felt humiliated in the Store….as they were not ready to listening the issue and rudely laughing one us. At certain point when my mother and father came back to ask all good or not to be, I felt like very RACIAL Discrim because they were laughing again on us because of our RACE. VERY ARROGANT KIDS.He was saying I have to pay for my icecream which was not issue but MATHEW never admire that he SCREWED UP the icecream. I hope his parents can teach him how to respond and be respectful to customers who are in his parent’s age to other Race of the people or group.If this kid will run store then GOOD LUCK TO owner.. Definitely will lose more customers ..I will surely share to my all friends and family who will THINK TWICE before going into SOUTHLAKE BR ICE CREAM SHOP.

On 11/21/2023, I arrived a few minutes after my scheduled pick-up time of 11am. After the worker assisted someone on the phone, she finally came to register. I informed her that I placed an online order for a cake. She replies curtly, "We have over 50 cakes back there. What is your name?" WOW!!! There are other polite ways of asking for my name. I am sorry I didn't announce my name at first, but every other establishment has asked for my name right after I tell them that I have placed a mobile/online order. Customer service could definitely be improved with this lady. ***BUT*** I had a totally different experience on Saturday 11/18. I didn't realize I entered the building prior to opening time. The gentleman working was extremely pleasant and was willing to answer my questions without being rude or making me leave because they weren't officially open for the day yet. 0 stars for the lady, 5 stars for the gentleman...average of 2.5, but they misspelled my daughter's name on her cake, so I'm rounding down to 2.

I made an order through DoorDash from this location. It arrived on time and the dasher was amazing. My order was a brownie sundae with 2 scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream with chocolate topping. I opened the bag and looked into the sundae carton and was astonished at what I received. First, the carton didn't even look like it had anything in it. Second, the "scoops" of ice cream that I ordered looked like a toddler tried to make it. Probably the size of a potato chip. Third, it was somewhat melted and looked like someone might've scraped some chocolate off the side. Fourth, the brownie was either frozen or so hard that it almost broke my metal spoon. So, I called the store to speak to a manager. Before I can get my ticket number to him; he rudely interrupted me by saying, "Excuse me, ma'am, can you quickly get to the point? I'm extremely busy; I have a lot of customers here." I was taken back and offended at the same time. So I said," You don't have time to listen to a paying customer?" He went on to say he did; but then rudely interrupted me again with, " can I call you back on this number?" I was so angry at the lack of customer service, the way I was spoken to, the lack of quality desserts, and the unprofessional way a so called, manager, treated a customer. I will NEVER spend money at this place ever again.
