Food was great and service wasn't bad, a tad slow on drink refills. The issue is the suggested tip amount. Shame on the company for setting up the suggested tip amount being based on total not the pre-tax amount. This is still the common standard as far as I know. You've already bumped it to 18-20-22 instead of 15-18-20. Now its also based on the tax so the 18 is actually like 20%.

Great food. Great service, usually. I have a quirk that I do not like to dine on paper. I ask them to remove the paper from the table. Usually not an issue. This time I was told that they are not allowed to remove the paper table covering. That sucks, because I really wanted my fish and chips.I did not argue with the hostess. I’m just said thank you and left.**** If the policy changes, I will be back. ****

My boyfriend and I came in for our 4 year anniversary, also to grab some grub before picking up our friends from the airport. We traveled into Dallas for the week and wanted to come by and try Bonefish, Kyle was an amazing server, very attentive, and the food was fresh and delicious!Apps. Came out in 10 minutes max, food came out in 10 mins max as well, and they gave us a complimentary desert for our anniversary. Thank you Kyle for an amazing first experience with Bonefish coming from South Carolina! If we ever visit Dallas again we will definitely be back.

What a sad little restaurant. We came in on a Thursday evening about 8:30. There was exactly one other party (couple) there. It took over 5 minutes for one of the three servers standing around to ask if we had been helped after we were seated. The service we received was as if they were slammed. We had to wave her down to ask for Parmesan for a pasta dish. She never returned to offer water refills. We had the same glass when we left. My filet was not a filet but an undercooked sirloin served with the “special” risotto. The risotto would have made Gordon Ramsay call someone an idiot sandwich- gummy & no taste. No one else came in during our meal. The employees just hung out in the kitchen and never came out to check on us. Bonefish once was a wonderful place- what happened?

Update-Bang bang shrimp w/spicy sauce is always good. The establishment is cozy and staff members are friendly. I’m not sure how but the bonefish signature jumbo shrimp pasta was bland. The creamy creole sauce wasn’t what I expected from this dish. It was weird given the look of the dish prepared. I love their Chimichurri! I paired it with the bread I requested as a dip. I will return to try other items on the menu. Note: You must request complimentary bread with your purchase. The establishment was warm & inviting. Amber Trotter and Spencer came over and introduced themselves. I was with a big group, so I felt service was great thanks to Spencer and staff. I would go back for the bang bang shrimp & blueberry lemon drop cocktail. An Individual in my group had to ask for bang bang sauce for the shrimp due to it being very little. This should NEVER happen.

Wish I could give zero stars… My husband ordered over $130 worth of food last night and we threw it ALL in the trash!!!!! The absolute worst tasteless no seasoning whatsoever food I ever experienced in my entire 50yrs of living! The mac’n’cheese should be called trash and cheese, I’m confused about how that they have the star rating they have, completely flabbergasted ?

I ordered the rum punch (can't think of actual name) but it was amazing! for dinner i did the cedar plank bourbon salmon which was a great size and so delicious! I substituted bisque for a side and had mashed potatoes! Everything was phenomenal!
