I called in an order for two salads the exact same way and gave them 39 minutes because they said they were swamped. Only one salad was ready in that time frame and they had already forgotten what they put on that salad in order to make the next one. I had to show them what I had ordered. We wanted one baguette and instead when we got home we had a sandwich which we did not order. Yes, the food is delicious but someone needs to take responsibility and get this place in order!

As another reviewer pointed out, they may as well not do online orders. You can't come in, pay, and grab your food, despite the line, even if there are 2 people up front because it appears that their policy is to make it after the in- person line is empty (even if the online order came through before the in- person patron entered). That aside, they are very polite, and the food is great!

The food is delicious. But never order online for pickup. If you're going to go there anyway, go through the line. They apparently prioritize the line over all online orders, so I ended up standing there 15 minutes while they did the entire rest of the line (including people who arrived after me) and then they finally started making my order. There was a Doordash person waiting when I got there that ended up leaving and canceling the order. Would have been faster for me to go into the line and order, and just tell them at the end that it was an online order and I'd already paid. When I finally got my order for 2, they thanked me for my patience and offered me a free drink. Seriously? I declined.

We make it a point to come to this particular store every time we come to DFW. The food is excellent and actually fun to eat. Such a unique concept to eat a salad as a hand held. The topper is Rosemary, who always so welcoming and friendly. She is an absolute gem!!!

My family had our first visit to Bread Zeppelin & was helped very well in understanding the different ways to order salads & these wonderful stuffed sandwiches!!! Two of us built our own & man were they delicious. The bread left us craving for more. Crispy outside soft dense inside & all the flavors from our choices with it. Others built salad bowls; tho they enjoyed them they nibbled our sandwiches & wished they had the bread…. SOoo good. The place was clean & employees were cleaning tables quickly after vacated. Supplies full & sweet all down the line to register! We will definitely return a few times. Great choice made.

Tried a new place today while doing some shopping in the Southlake area Bread Zeppelin was a nice change and a healthier option I got a salad while my mom and g-maw got sandwiches You pick off the menu or you can create your own The portion size is great…I had leftovers Mom let me taste the bread off hers and oh my goodness…next time I’ll have to get the sandwich The bread makes the stuffed salad taste so good I’ll be coming back to this place for sure

The main attraction, the Zeppelin, is absolutely stellar. The concept is fresh and fun, and the taste and texture will rock your world! My wife got the Southwestern and I got the Lonestar. Both were some of the best sandwiches we have ever had. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET A SANDWICH HERE!
My wife and I did not agree on the Bread Pudding. She liked it, and I thought it was sub par, dry, and lacking any flavor. As a matter of fact, if you ever have anything that has too much flavor, just add a spoonful of this bread pudding and it will suck the flavor right out.
All in all, a great place with great food.

Food is typically good however they should not advertise WARM bread pudding when the cant be bothered to warm it. Ice cold, hard as a rock clearly came from the refgerator!! So they are basically liars!!!

My current fixation meal is the Southwest Zeppelin with steak and Hangar Bleu dressing. Literal perfection! I used to live near the Bread Zeppelin location in Las Colinas, but moved away and had not thought about it in at least five years. Randomly happened to see this one when driving through Southlake one day a few weeks ago and I’ve been back several times since.
This location is always clean and the employees are super friendly and helpful! I typically go in the evenings or on Saturday afternoons after shopping at nearby Costco and it hasn’t been too busy, which is an added plus for me. They always make my food quickly and correctly and it tastes wonderful!
Vegetarian options: It’s a salad and sandwich place, so tons of options. I brought my vegetarian mother here years ago and she enjoyed it.
