I ordered over Uber eats, but the food was outstanding. I got the Washington State and my wife got the Caesar. Probably the best salad/sandwich mix that I've ever had.

Really love Bread Zeppelin but my last two visits have been unpleasant. I order the same thing BYO Zeppelin and one of the ingredients I add are candied pecans. Well, on two separate occasions within a week, I have received walnuts instead of candied pecans. The first, time I called and the manager was very accommodating and remade it for free on my next visit. The remake was perfect yesterday. Ordered the exact same thing again today and low and behold we have walnuts AGAIN instead of candied pecans. Idk if they need to separate the nuts or teach the staff the difference but the two but I hate this keeps happening when this is my favorite lunch place. I have a small allergy to walnuts so really need them to pay attention to this!!! I know now to never order online and just waste time standing and watching them make my order to ensure it is correct. If only they paid attention to these details I would have nothing but great things to say.

My son and I came here after a long day at the park. He was hot, hungry, and tired. The perfect storm for a toddler to have a meltdown. The staff was so incredibly sweet while my son melted down and even brought us a cookie to make our experience better. Excellent service!!

First time, ordered a togo tejano cedar zeppelin with avocado and chicken. WOAH! So flavorful and has a little kick. Fast line. The lovely lady who helped me today had dark brown hair and a cat eye, super friendly and helpful. I didn’t get her name but she was wonderful! Will be back.

A salad stuffed into a bread roll… WHAT? There’s something about the crisp outer shell of the bread roll with the salad that just pairs perfectly. I’m not a big salad eater but this could change that. It kind of feels like I’m cheating a bit. Everyone was super cool. Place looks like typical diner. Clean. Staff super friendly.

A chopped salad / sandwich stuffed into a bread shell. Good, clean, and worth a try.
I called in an order for two salads the exact same way and gave them 39 minutes because they said they were swamped. Only one salad was ready in that time frame and they had already forgotten what they put on that salad in order to make the next one. I had to show them what I had ordered. We wanted one baguette and instead when we got home we had a sandwich which we did not order. Yes, the food is delicious but someone needs to take responsibility and get this place in order!

As another reviewer pointed out, they may as well not do online orders. You can't come in, pay, and grab your food, despite the line, even if there are 2 people up front because it appears that their policy is to make it after the in- person line is empty (even if the online order came through before the in- person patron entered). That aside, they are very polite, and the food is great!

The food is delicious. But never order online for pickup. If you're going to go there anyway, go through the line. They apparently prioritize the line over all online orders, so I ended up standing there 15 minutes while they did the entire rest of the line (including people who arrived after me) and then they finally started making my order. There was a Doordash person waiting when I got there that ended up leaving and canceling the order. Would have been faster for me to go into the line and order, and just tell them at the end that it was an online order and I'd already paid. When I finally got my order for 2, they thanked me for my patience and offered me a free drink. Seriously? I declined.
