The 2 tortas I got last night were nasty. I do not recommend this place for tortas chicken is ok but they don't include the breast they keep it if not pay attention next time ...just saying and at last I don't want to talk about costumer service which is less than a dime.

Excellent Food. The spaghetti & meat sauce was perfect and the bread was fresh baked. Service was a little slow but

I came for a drink a bite to eat. I sat at the bar and was greeted by 2 friendly people. I ordered my drink and my food (a burger) immediately. A couple came in and sat down at the bar 5 minutes after me. Apparently they ordered the same food and a little more. As I am waiting on my food the couple gets their burger and other items within a few minutes of ordering. I had to wave down the bartender to find out why the couple who came in after me and ordered after me received their food before me!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Brio Italian Grille, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a charming ambiance. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, making me feel welcomed and at home. Now, onto the star of the show: the Gorgonzola Cream Campanelle. It was a culinary masterpiece, each bite bursting with flavor and delight. The creamy Gorgonzola sauce was perfectly balanced, neither too overpowering nor too subtle, just the right amount of tanginess and creaminess. The campanelle pasta was cooked to perfection, providing the ideal canvas for the decadent sauce to shine. Every forkful was a delight to the senses, leaving me craving more even after the last bite.In addition to the exceptional food, the ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall experience. The cozy yet elegant decor created the perfect setting for a memorable meal, whether it's a romantic dinner for two or a gathering with friends and family.Overall, my experience at Brio Italian Grille exceeded all expectations. The Gorgonzola Cream Campanelle was a true standout dish, showcasing the culinary expertise and passion of the chefs. I highly recommend Brio Italian Grille to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. Five stars all around!"Kid-friendliness: They accommodate our 10 month old baby

The food was good the bread they give you was hard. We had the vodka sauce with chicken and the lasagna. The lemonade was not served with a sugar brim nor was it stated that refills are extra or were we ever told. It tasted just like chikfila and not like fresh squeezed. Price of soda not on menu or else would have got that.

I am glad that I finally got to try out brio after hearing about it several times and after long consideration. This place is definitely a step up from TCF next door that I’ve been enjoying for a long time. You can definitely expect longer time during dinner for wait staffs to get to you, but the food came out in a timely manner. I wish for the price I paid, the Pasta Abbondante- Shrimp & Lobster Fettuccini would be bigger and with more than 4 tiny pieces of lobster that is priced at $37.

We order always something different and so far we loved it all. New York strip was cooked to perfection. Pasta alla Vodka delicious. Braised Beef Casarecce excellent flavor. I have dined here four times. The first time was over a year ago. I wasn't wowed by the chicken Marsala but overall good enough to return. My second time, I ordered the lasagna. Olive garden had been my favorite until Brio. My waiter in the bar area had Covid but was friendly. My third time, I ordered the lobster bisque and spaghetti for lunch. I loved the lobster bisque. I like my spaghetti with a lot of sauce so I won't order that again. Nothing special about it. The last time I ordered my server acted afraid of me or something. Not very good service and the pasta brio sounds better than it was. TGIF used to serve a similar dish but better. Bread and butter is a really good start when it isn't cold or overbaked. I'll come back.

The food and atmosphere are excellent. We were not disappointed. If I could offer any constructive criticism, it would be customer service. The host seemed very distracted. The waiter seemed a little annoyed, and the manager came to all the tables except for ours. We came for an early dinner without reservations. There were lots of tables open and only a few customers. So it wasn't like they were busy. With that said, we still would come back. It's not like they were rude, just not 100% friendly. Again, the food and atmosphere are excellent.

I rarely give bad reviews because I’m a business owner and I know what a bad review can do to us and I know the world is now full of unreasonable people. But today I had it.Mind you this is not my first time there, food is okay, you’d not be able to tell the difference from them to Cheesecake Factory. They lack on customer service since most of them are arrogant but I usually go there for the atmosphere.Today I was having the most horrible migraine, had a doctors appointment and decided to order for pickup. When I got there the hostess directed me to designated pickup area. She followed me and asked if I was a delivery person and I said, no the food was for me. Then she proceed to look at me up and down and asked for my ID even thought I told her my name 3 times. How was I dressed? Decent enough for a pickup but with a messy hair due to my migraine. She didn’t even bother to look on the bags and told me my order was not ready and walked away. I patiently waited until a guy with a beard and white apron came up and asked for my name, he grabbed my bag within seconds since it was sitting there the whole time. When I mentioned to him my order was there and she didn’t even bother to look his answer was “don’t give me that attitude, she is the hostess and work in the front” I was in shock for the whole situation and started walking away, he looked at me with disdain and kept saying things to me.I don’t need to be lectured nor to be judged. All I wanted was something for my family to eat. I left the place feeling sicker and was unable to eat the food. I felt disrespected and humiliated for no reason.I’m assuming business is doing so great for them to the point they feel entitled to be this arrogant and dismissive to customers. Please, be better. Don’t judge a book by its covers

We came to eat at this restaurant because of the atmosphere & reviews, mind you I had just gotten off of work and of course I did not look the part (I was extremely exhausted!) The service was completely terrible - we waiting 15 mins after being seated & it was not busy at alll - we were never offered not even a glass of water or attended too. Would I come back? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! I guess they thought me & my party did not have money to spend & we were discriminated against. I would recommend that no one come here that just gets off work & try's to spend their hard earned money at this location!COMPLETELY PITIFUL!!!

The atmosphere was nice. Even though it was busy, it didn't feel crowded. The food was just ok. The portions were on the smaller side. I was expecting better quality, but it was nothing special. We decided on our way home that this was a one and done restaurant for us. Also the food took SO very long to get to our table and the waitress was very nice but seemed to forget about us...for refills and check.
