Their service was incredible. The food was authentic Italian and tasted good, nothing amazing, nothing bad, just good. We had so many dishes I couldn't name them all now. The price was on the more expensive side but if you're craving authentic Italian there aren't many other options and I think this has to be the best one in the area. They are bit short of the seasoning of the food but I think that's alright, the food tasted great still.

Our team was very sad to hear that you all closed! We use to cater from you all frequently. Thank you for providing us years worth of delicious food and I hope wherever the road takes you is well and prosperous!

Sign on door states permanently closed, yet was able to book reservations.

I am writing to express my frustration with the complete lack of responsiveness I have encountered over the past week. Despite multiple attempts to reach someone on the phone at various times throughout the day, I have been unable to get anyone available to speak with me.

It is absolutely ridiculous that such basic communication is so difficult to establish. When you have large corporate clients trying to do business with you, it is essential to have better systems in place to ensure that customer service is timely and effective.

This ongoing issue is not only inconvenient, but it also reflects poorly on your ability to meet the needs of potential clients. As a result, I’m concerned that your company may be losing out on valuable business opportunities, including mine.

Buca di Baddo should be its name. We walk in. A sullen teenager begrudgingly leaves this odd glass booth to “greet” us. Grabs some menus and says “follow me”. Not a great start.

We were placed at the back right next to another family even though there were 5 other tables open. Took about 7 mins for a server to arrive when the restaurant was about 10% full.

We ordered the “World Famous Meatballs”, well one as 3x were $26. Just as well really as a tomato ladened small meatball in a cup turned up. 3 would not have been worth it.

Next up the bread arrived. Not warmed up and the packets of butter were straight out the freezer so not spreadable. We ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese and the Chicken Parmigiana. We thought this Italian restaurant couldn’t get these Italian staples wrong right? Well. Bolognese was heavy on the tomato vs the meat likely to try to beef up the portion size on the cheap. There was very little seasoning in the bolognese or the spaghetti.

Next up the Parmigiana. Breading was thick and soft, there was no crunch at all. The chicken itself was tough and rubbery.

Switching to the service, we barely saw our server and the table behind us with the other family was never cleaned. It was just left a mess for our entire meal.

If I could leave zero stars I would have done. For $100 this was terrible. As you can sense, we will not be back.
