Order food through mobile app and wait at least 10min before I even go there. It's never ready. They claim they don't get the order until the customer comes to the drive thru. THAT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF A MOBILE ORDER!! the whole purpose is to have it ready for the customer by the time they get there. He told be the estimated mobile order time was irrelevant and now I'm sitting in the parking lot while they take MORE TIME to prepare my food 😒

Went to Burger King with the family and ordered a Triple Whopper with Cheese but only received 1 slice of cheese instead of 3 normally this isn’t an issue plus I don’t mind paying extra. I also ordered the churro fries and they were really dry and stale. They also didn’t have any cinnamon sugar on them. Could be new staff so they may need more training. This was on 1/11/25. Also the restrooms could be cleaner.

They tried to charge me 1$ to warm up my bun and cheese . The drive thru guy needs to work on his customer service and my fries were not fresh

Specifically asked for fresh made i feel like they did exact opposite. I got the coldest, hamburger, fries and nuggets. It felt really sticky and cold in the building. I had to go back and ask for catch up barbecue and buffalo sauce because I didn't get it. No p***** off for the rest of the day. Thanks burger king

Was served super burnt food. The burger was burnt black. And it was not a coincidence, it happened twice with a gap of week. Pathetic experience. Photo attached.

I wanted to let you guys know that my order arrived bad/incorrect. I ordered it through Door Dash. I've never had a problem at your location before, not in person, but today, someone burnt my sandwich to the point that I couldn't eat it, and instead of redoing it, they put it in a bag and sent it to me anyway. I also received a regular Coke when I ordered diet (because I am diabetic). I'm also sick as a dog with bronchitis today. I tried to call you guys to let you know what happened, but no one ever answered the phone. Door Dash offered $15 in "credits", which actually means I had to pay $15 more dollars for my $30 replacement order. I spent a total of $45 today on my lunch that would have only been $10ish, were I well enough to have picked it up myself. Normally, I wouldn't be mad about something like this, accidents happen, people are human, I tried to eat it. But it was beyond burnt on the bottom- I think they had to know (?) it would have smelled and been smoking. O. Top of all that, there was something wrong with the tomato and lettuce. It was like they had been sitting out for too long. Unless you guys were just REALLY busy today? If you would please review with your staff what happens to the recipient via Door Dash so that they can be more mindful in the future, I would appreciate it. This felt like there were no supervisors on staff today. It felt like people were horsing around, not caring.

Terrible, I have been to many BKs before, but today this one was terrible. I walked in, it looked like the guy who was the manager was the one who was working the Dt and Front. He asked me to wait for a moment
So I waited, he then came up and I told him I had a code he took the code apparently it was just for points. I then told him that I must have done something wrong and that I was wanting this offer, he acted like he was a bit annoyed. I then asked him if I could get a bigger hash brown he again looked like it was a bother. I then asked him if he could take what I paid for drink on the last ticket, he got further annoyed and slammed my cup down. He was very unprofessional especially for a Manager. The biscuits where burnt and shoud have never been served, they where no fluffy or anything. No ice for the drinks as well, I asked for ice and again he gave me look and felt like I was bothering him. Overall bad experience here.

We just went through the driveway. The girl at the window didn’t fix the lid of the drink the right way and when she saw this, instead of fixing it, pushed it towards us making it spill all over the inside of the car. She didn’t even apologize or offer napkin. If the girl is going to act like a cornered woman at 1645, please get her out of the window to do ANYTHING else please.
