Help me understand why I get overcharged at this location a lot. I never even got the total verbally. He handed me my card and the receipt and my food. Only after I saw the total. The actual price for my breakfast combo was $6.89. I made it a medium so it should have been $7.69 and $8.32 with tax. I look at the receipt and it is $9.84. The price for the combo on the receipt shows $8.09 with another $1.00 added for the medium diet coke. The combo on the menu literally shows a soda with the meal. Plus I put the order in to that store for online pick up with the medium meal it only showed the price for the medium meal (with diet coke) for the total. $8.32 should have been the total price. It's not letting me upload pics right now but I'll try to get the receipt and online order pics up later.

I myself prefer BK to other fast foods. Always fries! But the reason for this review is not my experience but my mother's. You see mom has turned 80 and just retired from driving school bus. Trying to get to the point, the manager at the Kimball restaurant has been so kind to her every morning on her way to work. She stopped for French toast sticks and oj and often took something for everyone in the house as well. I appreciate that😜 Service BK provides is never forced. He seems to be, genuinely, having a great day everyday but if not he understands that customers do not need to know. Not everyone cares to! My mother does and I think he can tell. I remain loyal to the royal. Thank you for great food and proper service with a free smile daily.!

The Southlake Burger King is my favorite BK location. Inside and out, the restaurant is clean. The manager is friendly and professional. He definitely understands what true customer service is all about. Always very professional, he has a smile on his face and a friendly and welcoming greeting. My order is almost always correct and my food is hot and fresh . If anything has ever needed correcting, which was few and far between, he handled it efficiently and was happy to do so. It's nice to know that there is a place that still keeps its customers #1. Kudos to the management and staff of the Southlake Burger King and thank you!

This is one of the best Burger Kings if not one of the best restaurants I've been to. It's not just because of the food but because of the way the manager treats the customers. Out of the countless times that I've been there, if there was ever a problem (which is extremely rare) it was taken care of immediately and professionally by the manager. The manager there seems to remember what many have forgotten, customer respect and a good customer experience.

I ordered a chicken sandwich. It tasted like a salt sandwich. I went to express my experience with the employees. They stared at me and allowed me to stand at the front counter with no interaction between us. It felt like a stare down.
After going back and forth, I was able to have my sandwich replaced with a wooper junior.
The fries tasted as if they were cooked in old oil. I didn't complain (they appread to be teenagers). I decided to leave and never return.
This was a terrible experience 😕.

I am definitely not coming back here. They take forever, get your order wrong, give you a warm drink with barely any ice, and (the worst part) when you get drive thru, they tell you to pull into a handicapped spot to wait for your food. That isn’t legal and super wrong because people actually need and use those spots.

Order food through mobile app and wait at least 10min before I even go there. It's never ready. They claim they don't get the order until the customer comes to the drive thru. THAT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF A MOBILE ORDER!! the whole purpose is to have it ready for the customer by the time they get there. He told be the estimated mobile order time was irrelevant and now I'm sitting in the parking lot while they take MORE TIME to prepare my food 😒
