This place is very efficient, clean, well stocked and most importantly...have employees that are customer oriented and offered high level or service and politeness. Big high five to Ashley and Emerson for being the morning shift MVPs.
I myself prefer BK to other fast foods. Always fries! But the reason for this review is not my experience but my mother's. You see mom has turned 80 and just retired from driving school bus. Trying to get to the point, the manager at the Kimball restaurant has been so kind to her every morning on her way to work. She stopped for French toast sticks and oj and often took something for everyone in the house as well. I appreciate that😜 Service BK provides is never forced....
The Southlake Burger King is my favorite BK location. Inside and out, the restaurant is clean. The manager is friendly and professional. He definitely understands what true customer service is all about. Always very professional, he has a smile on his face and a friendly and welcoming greeting. My order is almost always correct and my food is hot and fresh . If anything has ever needed correcting, which was few and far between, he handled it efficiently and was happy to do so....
