They completely messed up my online order—I'm pretty sure I got someone else’s entirely! After picking out items I did not order, I ended up with just lettuce, cucumbers, chicken, feta, and hummus. Does that sound like a salad worth paying for?
I picked it up after work, so it wasn’t worth the hassle of going back. Super frustrating! I essentially paid for just lettuce and chicken. My husband’s order was also wrong; the ingredients labeled on his didn’t match what was in his salad.
If you have multiple items in an order, you should definitely include an ingredient list for each one item to ensure you’re giving the right things.
More annoyed because this could have def been avoided with minimal effort. Especially considering they were not busy.
