I don't come here often but I know to expect great quality food and service.

I came during my lunch hour and was a bit bothered when I was charged for an extra portion of falafel when I got a half portion of falafel and a half portion of lamb balls.

But I went back to the end of the line and had to wait until I got up to the register to correct it. That wasted a good chunk of my lunch break. Then when I got to the cashier to explain what...
