I was on my way to the hospital to take my mom to the ER. She'd said she hadn't eaten all day. Now it's literally 5pm, rush hour. I hop off 114 and go to chick fil-a, and the drive thru is packed. I almost left but I went ahead and stayed. More I am not exaggerating when I say it was less than 5 minutes from ordering and we had out food - hot and fresh, and was out of there and back on the road. No other fast food place could have done this for us in that time....

I want to recognize Bella at the Southlake Chick-fil-A for her outstanding customer service today. She handled a small mix-up with professionalism, kindness, and confidence—an absolute pro. Her positive attitude and attention to detail make her a true asset to that location.

I personally spend a lot here, both for myself and for my office, and experiences like this are exactly why I’ll continue...

Kid that handed me my food at drive through seemed to be bored of his job. Didn’t say my pleasure.. just came up passed me my food and kept talking to coworkers if he could go inside yet.
