Love Chuy’s! Can’t say bad about this place. Prefer Southlake over other locations.

Food was good, we enjoyed. The only thing which I think could be improved is overall cleanliness.

The wait list is a joke. I made a reservation online, the hostess said it was a ten minute wait after I arrived, and 45 minutes later there was still no table despite plenty of people coming and going. It looks like they prioritize large parties instead of first come first serve.

My family and I love Chuy's if you've never been I'd say be prepared for the plate sizes to be on the bigger end. When we first came, due to the affordable prices we assumed that the portions would be small, that's just not the case.
The food is delicious and so are the drinks! I would recommend the plate with the flautas, the tres leches cake and any drink on their menu! The wait time in this location was probably 15 minutes on a super busy day which is not bad.
It's in a nice location with great shopping options nearby if you want to go shopping afterwards. It's also a lovely area!!
The parking area was a decent size, we like to park far to get those extra steps but what was far, was not too far if that makes sense.
The service was wonderful and will definitely be back again!!

I have a food allergy and staff addressed it wonderfully. Our waiter was extremely intentive and took it very seriously. I felt comfortable that eating out wasn't going to end in an er trip.

I sat on the outside porch on a lovely afternoon and ate chips and tortilla soup. What a nice way to spend a late lunch on a beautiful day. Only had a couple minor issues. The host that seated me was also my waiter and they needed a few more of them. Second is the freeway noise from 114. There is no getting around that issue so just keep in mind if you like patio dining it’s going to be loud with the sound of traffic. My total bill was $10.81 so it’s a good deal for a sit down restaurant if you like tortilla soup. Bernie was my waiter and considering he was juggling about 6 tables and the host station, he was great! Just needed a second Bernie. Recommended.

We loved Chuys but sadly a waiter, at Southlake Tx location, just changed our view of the company. After we were sat, she immediately said she was ready to go home and reminded us there was 45 minutes to close. We were rushed to order. She threw the chips and salsa on the table. We were rushed to eat. Then she just grabbed my card without bring a receipt to us. She was unpleasant and extremely rude. Won't be going back to Chuys anytime soon.
If you don't want to be working that late then change your job.
