Last night was me and my husbands first time. We had a nice waitress, our food came out quick and it was delicious! I’m gluten free and they were able to accommodate corn tortillas for my quesadilla. And don’t get me started on the jalapeño ranch. To. Die. For. We will be back!

Dining inside at this location is usually great, but I do not recommend ordering to go. Ordered the taco bundles for Christmas, sharing Chuy's with out-of-town folks....the taco kit does NOT come with cheese / lettuce / tomato like in the photo-description, for the tacos you just get meat. Not at all the same as dining in; you did not win any new fans from this order.

I’ve been to many Chuys. First time at the Southlake location for lunch on Christmas Eve. The Southlake location far exceeds any other location I have been to! Fast friendly service with superior teamwork of staff!!! Never did I have to ask for refills of anything. Servers were on it !!!

We were seated quickly, our server. Amanda was outstanding! One of our drinks came out Frozen instead of on the rocks and she switched it out before we even said anything to her. The food was delicious, and we weren't rushed towards the door on a busy Saturday early dinner.

Fajitas were overly salty, and refried beans were old tasting. Dine in might be better but takeout orders are just thrown together any more. UPDATE: 12/2025 Tried the again with take out. Order was 15 mins late. Stack burritos burn to tray and beef was a bit burned. Also got wrong sides on two of 3 meals. You ask for a 15% tip and can't get it right. Avoid take out is my advice
