The manager Kate was amazing! I thought that I had placed my order online for a big work lunch, turns out I made a mistake placing the order..After realizing I did not place my order correctly, Kate made our order on the fly. She was very helpful, professional, and kind. Not to mention, Kate was quick to resolve the issue, she went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. She was excellent under pressure and helped us make it to our lunch on time, AMAZING customer service!

Too spicy. I'm used to TexMex (made mild for people from Texas). The spices burned my ears & throat. It was too spicy for my husband, too, and he loves spicy food. I will not go back.

Sat outside in patio, brought two dogs and it was a very pleasant experience.
Ordered catering for clients of mine, I did not get to speak with the person who runs catering for this location. I did however speak to the Kitchen Manager, Zachary, to place the order on March 15th, 2024, to be delivered today, March 19th, 2024. During our conversation I made sure to express that this was our first time using Chuy's catering and was VERY PRECISE that we needed fajitas and quesadillas. We spoke on the phone twice about what I needed for my clients so they would have options. Upon delivery, which was also late, he was VERY rude and insisted that I ordered just ordered quesadillas. He made no amends with the mistake and was continuously rude throughout the encounter. DEFINETLY WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN FOR WORK OR PERSONAL. I don't write negative reviews often, since I don't encounter piss-poor service often.

If your looking for a light snack, I highly suggest the boom boom sauce and hatch green chili sauce, both are spicy but, oh so delicious ? go get you some chips and dips, you won't regret it! Southlake is superior, tell Casey I said hi!
